Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Medford

Very quaint. Literally felt like my own apartment. Small yet big. Nice spacious open floor plan. The private parking was definitely a huge plus. The perfect distance from just about anything you want to do in the city.

I can’t say enough about Jennifer and Jared’s place. It’s stunning, beautifully appointed with lots of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with all the bells and whistles. Beds are super comfortable, and kids loved the loft and arcade games. There were 5 of us and we easily could have brought 5 more, the place is so spacious. The hosts were friendly and responsive, too. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer and should we return to Boston, we’d definitely book here again!

Spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. My coworkers and I stayed here for a business trip, and there was plenty of room for all four of us. Tons of food delivery options. We were able to rest well during our stay!

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

This beautiful Melrose, MA is a gem! Owner, Beth is incredibly friendly, organized and helpful - quick to respond to any request. Her home is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean and inviting. It’s exactly as described and much more! We spent four days here due to our daughter’s graduation in Cambridge. The home is conveniently located to the T, especially the orange line which is just a few minutes away by car. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. Book it! We really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. It was decorated so nicely and so well appointed. The bathroom was so clean and bright. The neighborhood is so pretty and we enjoyed taking a walk with the dog when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay—perfect for our quick family trip! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from a pack ’n play to extra towels, bed linens, and kitchen essentials. Marybeth was wonderful to communicate with and shared some great local dining recommendations. We were very happy with our accommodations and would absolutely stay again!

Charming home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Margaret was super responsive and friendly to communicate with. The sauna was incredible and the geodesic garden was magnificent!

Look no more! Winter Island Retreat is a seaside oasis that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

We enjoyed our stay!!! The place was great and my son commented on how comfortable the beds were . The street is a little noisy but they provided sound machines that helped drown it out .20 min drive to Salem and 30-45min drive to Boston depending on traffic . Lots of restaurants and coffee nearby .

My mom and I traveled to Boston for the first time together and wanted a place to stay a little out of the city. Edward's place is great. It's spacious, clean, and has amazing views. It was also a very comfortable space with a fully stocked kitchen. We felt right at home and were only about a twenty minute drive into the center of Boston!

Susan’s apartment is clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. But it’s all about the view! It’s a rare AirBnB that offers such a spectacular ocean view. And we love the whole Cape Anne region. There’s so much to do, but we also enjoyed just relaxing and watching the waves. We had fun playing ping pong! We’re looking forward to coming back.

Both John and Carol were very inviting and friendly—- Carol even came out to bid us farewell when we checked out. The view is just breathtaking…. Could not ask for more… except warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the pool. :). The apartment had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with breakfast snacks and milk and half and half for morning coffee…. Very nice touch. Great restaurant choices nearby as well. Highly recommend the Arms Hotel. Great food, HUGE portions. I would definitely stay again!

Lucia was wonderful to work with. She was quick to give us tips for our trip - having never been to the Boston area. We were very intimidated about the public transportation but Lucia put our mind at ease. Her place felt very safe - even walking from the bus stop at 11pm after a baseball game. Only a few minutes from the bus stop that takes you right into Boston. We used the buses or subway to get all over Boston and it was very easy to navigate from Lucia’s place. The place was clean and quaint. It provided a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Great safe spot to stay if you are looking for a home base to explore Boston. Very clean and had everything we needed. We originally were going to use the nearby metro to get into the city, but for 4 people, an Uber/Lyft was cheaper and more convenient.

My dad and I stayed here for a few nights on our first trip to Boston. The location was fantastic- we were looking for something close to where we wanted to explore, while staying in a peaceful neighborhood- and that’s exactly what we got. The place itself was gorgeous and even better than the photos. Everything was pristine and included all the amenities you could ever need. I slept on the pull out mattress, it was a great night’s sleep. Absolutely worth it. Would recommend and stay here again.

It was a very welcoming place . Anna was very courteous and nice. The place was clean and I also appreciated the water bottle in my room. I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again .

Our stay at Anna and Samuel’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and peaceful and within driving distance of the city. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and could easily any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying there again.
