House holiday rentals in Medina County

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation and Micah and Meghan graciously hosted me, my two sisters and my mom along with my nieces and nephews. They responded what seemed like immediately every time I had a question. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience.

Great location, very peaceful, enjoyed the 4 day stay. Friendly neighbors & exceeded our expectations. We had 14 guest and everyone was accommodated very comfortably. 10/10 recommend.

Great place to stay! Location was close to everything we wanted to do! Loved having 2 places next to each other to host 16 of us! We had a lot of bathrooms and double of everything thing else which was nice!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue House! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the whole family, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was watching our kiddo feed the friendly deer —such a special touch. We’d definitely come back again.

The house was beautiful, clean and very described. I felt bad for asking where the keys were, if I only had I read the message again. We enjoyed our anniversary, the neighbors were very nice. The view was amazing . All the amenities described as indicated. Thank you for letting us stay on your beautiful home. Very modernized

PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT! we’ve been in few air bnb in the past and that’s the first time I leave a review…. Super clean place, perfect for us and our 3 year old one. He didn’t want to go back home. The house has everything you need. Bertha was amazing and communication was great. You have 3 type of grills outside and fire pit and great size pool and more. Highly recommend Bertha’s place and I’m sure we will be back soon.

House is much bigger than I expected. Rooms are huge. It is 30 minutes away from anywhere which we just loved. At the house the only thing you can see are trees. Great host. The rooms are huge. Plenty of room for our gang.

Vanessa place was perfect for our needs. It was clean and close to were we wanted to be in San Antonio. Beds were comfortable.

Host was very good! When I had questions, she answered them.

It’s a beautiful home with a million dollar view honestly. The rules are posted around the house and it’s a bit confusing because they don’t match what was posted in the app’s listing during our stay. The home has several smaller AC units posted throughout that work very well and keep you extremely comfortable in the Texas heat. The patio is no longer enclosed (so no protection from bugs) but is an extremely pleasant place to sit at night with a beautiful view. Also keep in mind there is no dumpster or outside trash receptacle onsite, so all trash bags must be taken to the bottom to dispose of properly. We had a truck so it wasn’t an issue but keep in mind if you’re in a different style vehicle than that. Other than that a gorgeous place and lovely to spend some time enjoying the beauty Texas has to offer.

Great spot at Lake Medina. we stayed for the eclipse and had a great time checking out the lake bed for fossils and walking around seeing all the cool exposed lake bed. the house was a great spot to chill on the back deck and unwind or to play board games inside with friends.

Very attentive, the stay was good.

I can’t say enough about this place. Very VERY comfortable. This house has everything and anything you can think of. The communication was great. It’s one of those places you walk into and immediately feel at home and feels like you’ve been there before. I don’t have a single negative thing to say and can’t wait to come back.

Erica and David were fantastic hosts. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was perfect for my family and me. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend booking with them.

This was a wonderful getaway for our family. It was close enough to other family members staying in the area, though a little far from some eateries and shops. This was also a pro considering the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The owner was very responsive and answered all my messages within a few hours. The house was clean with no clutter. Kitchen appliances were easy enough to use. There was even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms! All of my family agreed it was worth the price to stay. A side note: while we stayed, there was a drought in this area of TX, so the lake was totally dried up! We didn’t know exactly what to expect, but maps of the area do show that we were supposed to be lake front. All in all, we were very pleased with the place and would highly recommend when exploring San Antonio and areas nearby!

The Laurel House was the perfect place for our family vacation. I had more questions than normal and Cheryl was easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly. The house itself is probably one of the cleanest airbnbs that I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the space was easy to relax in. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature then this is a great place for you. We spent most of our time on the back porch watching the turkeys, hummingbirds, and deer that pass through the yard or down by the river enjoying the sounds of the frogs. We would definitely love to come back with our family in the future.

Our stay was lovely! We loved watching the sun come over the hills in the morning. The view of the stars our first night was great. Night 2 was a bit cloudy due to rain earlier in the day, but the rain also created a much-needed break from the July heat, and we got to enjoy the winds sweeping in through the valley. The porch - both itself and the view - is gorgeous. Trees nearby give nice shade to the fire pit area, and I really wished I brought a hammock to hang on them! Kitchen is well stocked with tools etc. AC was great. There are also a couple of fans in a closet that we could have brought out on the porch if we wanted a breeze. I think this place would comfortably sleep 6 (1 on each of the two bunk beds, 2 on each of the 2 large beds). Couple of nitpicks: could use comfier mattresses, and if we had more than 2 people we would have wanted more cozy seating in the living room (the Longhorn chairs aren’t great for lounging, so the couch is it). Would definitely recommend this place!

Private and secluded stay. The family was in town for a wedding, so this was a perfect retreat. Would recommend!

This was the BEST Airbnb we've stayed at as a group! It had spectacular views, a really nice covered patio with so much room, and tons of indoor space!! We had 5 couples staying so we each got our own room, and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us! Sarah was so communicative and answered any questions we had!! We are already making plans to come back next year!!!

Super cute, spacious and secluded “mountain” getaway! We loved walking the neighborhood and looking at deer, hanging out in the living room watching the Olympics, and sipping coffee on the porch in the morning. Great space, super friendly neighbors, and had everything we needed!
