Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Medina County

Plenty of room for the 10 of us who stayed there. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and fireplace. Yes it was actually cool enough for a small fire Saturday evening. Lots of wildlife to look at. Overall its a really neat place to stay.

Glenda is an amazing host, very responsive and always ready to help. The surroundings are beautiful and the home is quaint and cozy, will definitely stay again.

Lori’s Cottage provided me a great relaxing getaway.! There was wonderful hiking with the dogs and the fenced in the backyard was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. All of the amenities were provided and thoughtful! Would definitely visit again!

House is much bigger than I expected. Rooms are huge. It is 30 minutes away from anywhere which we just loved. At the house the only thing you can see are trees. Great host. The rooms are huge. Plenty of room for our gang.

Charles and his home was very lovely! He was very accommodating. It was extremely homey. It was super peaceful, very clean, and very charming. It was roomy and great for kids as well. Our 4 year old had a blast. He didn’t want to leave (who would!). They even let us use their ATV on the property, which was so nice to do a morning and evening ride on. He is close to a lot of great restaurants also. We did quite a bit of cooking, but always love to explore the area. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything needed. We will be back again!

Perfect spot to stay while in Hondo. The house has been updated and very clean. The neighborhood is very peaceful and there is also a Huge backyard. I will definitely return when staying in Hondo

Vanessa place was perfect for our needs. It was clean and close to were we wanted to be in San Antonio. Beds were comfortable.

Host was very good! When I had questions, she answered them.

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation and Micah and Meghan graciously hosted me, my two sisters and my mom along with my nieces and nephews. They responded what seemed like immediately every time I had a question. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience.

Our large family had more than enough space!

The airbnb was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and responsive. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed staying there.

This lovely house was perfect for our family gathering. The house was very clean, newly appointed with an open concept and great beds with plenty of bathrooms. This house can easily accommodate 12 comfortably. The view is spectacular! Even though this area is currently experiencing a draught and the lake is not visible, the infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the valley made the difference. We also enjoyed a separate game building filled with all kinds of games. We had a small issue upon arrival and our host was immediately available and sent help to correct. With that done, we relaxed and enjoyed our weekend!!

Nice place to unwind. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. This place has a nice pool with plenty of lounging chairs . Comfortable bed and pillows . Spacious living room with large dining table. Our family of 10 had an awesome weekend. Our little Yorkie enjoyed running around the fenced yard . It’s about 20 minutes drive from the shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. Very nice outdoor setting and covered patio with comfortable rocking chairs . We will definitely book this place again on our next visit . Five star rating from the Ong family and our little Yorkie.

Stewart’s property was an amazing experience! My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary with our kiddos and all 5 of us, plus our pup loved it! The cabins were very clean, smelt nice and had plenty of supplies for us to utilize! Stewart was very responsive and kind! The added bonus was riding around in the ranger it was a blast! We saw some deer on property! We would definitely love to go back!

Andrew’s place was great! It was in a convenient location for seeing family in Devine. Plus Andrew was very easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. I hope to stay there again the next time we are in town!

Booked for a nice getaway in attendance of a wedding shower nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay throughout the five days. Would definitely book again!

The cabin is perfect for a couple. It was spotless, attractive, comfortable, peaceful and serene. Although there are four cabins, it is still private. The grounds are gorgeous. Caroline, the owner, and Amanda, the manager, were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Rebecca’s place was just as advertised. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get a chance to appreciate the outdoor areas. The outdoor lighting was well placed and charming. Would have loved to use the smoker/pit but not enough time. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy. The final section of road to the house is not paved and can be hard on low riding cars. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect start to our family summer vacation! We loved going down to the river to relax and enjoyed the fit pit for s’mores. There’s a Walmart close in Castroville that you can get all the necessities which was convenient for us. Lindsay was great in communication and we didn’t have any issues. The beds are extremely comfortable and parking was super easy! It rained on our trip however the parking area has a plank that you can backup to so you can load and unload the car so you don’t have to step in the mud, that came in handy! We would love to come back!

The cabin was nice and very clean. Not had to find. If you gps to the location it does take you down the right road but will have you turn into the wrong driveway. Sarah sends a pic of the correct driveway. Just look for the correct entrance and you’re fine.

Thank you so much for sharing this great little gem with us! My girlfriends and I just spent 3 nights of great fun at Casa Topo! Everything was clean and well appointed! Such a great little house for river fun! We sure are thankful for the little wagon/cart! It was an instrumental tool in our river fun expeditions! We could load up the wagon and get to the river easily! Thank you again for making our 15th year celebration of travels an unforgettable experience!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and charm of Cactus Cottage during our one week stay in Natalia. Linda is an excellent hostess, wanting to make sure her guests are happy and their needs are all addressed. (She even provided the luxury of a dish of delicious chocolate candy!) Another thing I appreciated was the recliner loveseat! It was SO nice to be able to prop up my feet and relax at the end of the day! We look forward to our next stay with Linda and her gracious hospitality!

This place is perfect if you want to just relax and get away from the fast pace of city life. It was very clean, has everything you need to make yourself at home, and the host/s were very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is some of the outside pictures need to be updated, the outside looks like it's a little more grown up than what the pictures show. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely try this house or another one of their airbnbs again :)
