Monthly Rentals in Medrano

I loved it, the hosts were very friendly and concerned about my arrival. They were flexible with my check-in, as my flight arrived later, thank you! The house is super central, there is the plaza and shopping area around. It is a house that no one lives inside, very spacious and comfortable, clean everything, hot water and heating. If you're going by car, there's also space to store it. If I had to say any point to improve it would be the pillows and mattress on the beds. But if I go to San Martin again, I would definitely stay again!!

quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to transportation (Uber, Cabify and on foot) and commerce, offering a great balance between privacy and practicality. The space is comfortable, modern and well-equipped, with a cozy bed, full kitchen and clean bathroom, as well as being impeccably sanitized upon arrival. The location at the back of the property ensured silence and isolation, providing security and total privacy. The host was attentive and communicative, always available to answer questions and give local tips, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Considering comfort, cleanliness, service and location, the cost-benefit was excellent, and I recommend the accommodation for those looking for a practical, safe and comfortable experience.

We love staying with Fede and his family. The cabin was great, very large and spacious. We love the view of the mountains at dawn. Fede and his wife Danu were always very kind, and gave us great recommendations. The location is very strategic because you are close to virtually all the wineries, one next to the other, and it is only 20 minutes from downtown Mendoza. We felt at home.

Beautiful house in an even more beautiful setting. Highly recommended.
