Wir vermieten in unserem Haus nur eine Ferienwohnung, mit einen separaten Eingang direkt vom Freien. Unser Haus Span, liegt ca. 1,5 km taleinwärts vom Ortszentrum Fulpmes entfernt im Ortsteil Medraz, in schöner und ruhiger Lage an einem Seitenweg. Es ist ganzjährig leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Von unserem Haus können Sie auch zu Fuß und mit Skiausrüstung die Ski- und Linienbushaltestellen leicht erreichen. (kostenlose Skibusse zu den Skigebieten)

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Cozy accommodation in the heart of the Stubai Valley

The property is located in the center of Fulpmes - just a 3-minute drive to the Schlick 2000 valley station. The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. The center of the city of Innsbruck is about 18 km from Fulpmes. As a mountain enthusiast from Stubai, we are delighted to give you tips and recommendations for planning your leisure activities and thus enable a vacation according to your ideas.

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Located in Fulpmes, the modern holiday apartment "Robi" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a fan as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby crib and a high chair are available on request.
