Le studio est un agrandissement de notre maison, il est séparé par une salle à manger que nous n’utilisons pas quand le studio est loué, avec une porte fermée à clé. Aux portes du PNR Périgord-Limousin, situé dans une impasse comprenant 3 habitations, le chemin continue sur 300m. A 25 min de Limoges et de l’autoroute, bar tabac, épicerie et boulangerie, distributeur de pizza et parc de jeu pour enfant à 4 min, tous commerces a 10 min (Aixe sur Vienne ou Chalus).

La pause de l'ours vous invite à vous ressourcer dans son gîte "Côté source". Faites une pause en pleine campagne et à seulement 10 min de Limoges. Gîte indépendant pour 2 personnes (possibilité 3ème et 4ème personne dans canapé lit convertible, nous contacter) Pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, chambre séparée, salle d'eau avec douche et wc. Linge de maison fourni. Mise à disposition d'un lit parapluie. Jardin paysagé, mare sur une propriété de 4 hectares.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

My place is close to Limoges. It is independent. It is located in the countryside in the Briance Valley. In the nearby surroundings, you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Parc du Reynou, the limousine park, etc. Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes. My place is good for couples, solo, and business travelers. Breakfast can be served under conditions.

Nous mettons à disposition des voyageurs un espace privé se situant au RDC de notre habitation. Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).
