Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).

A sofa bed (sleeps 2, real mattress). A kitchenette with fridge, stove, Senseo coffee maker... 20 minutes from Limoges and 2 minutes from Nexon, you are in the countryside near the city.

The 20m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk from the train station, 17 min walk from the city center, close to the Zenith and the Autoroute, (Giant casino 50m away, with bakery, pharmacy,...).
