The place was very clean and comfortable. the kitchen is very well equipped, even for longer stays. The balcony is really nice with a great view. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. Erica is really friendly and helped was very flexible with the check in

Spacious, comfortable house with beautiful outdoor space, very pleasant shaded terrace. Good location for visiting Porto and the Douro Valley. "Méandro" restaurant next door, cheap, excellent with splendid views of the Douro. Graça and her husband are welcoming and responsive. The only downside is the presence of barking dogs++ (kennel?). Graça has nothing to do with it, but noise nuisance to report.

The house has a beautiful view, it was clean and they even left us some treats. The communication was excellent, super responsive and friendly. The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful.

the accommodation is very well furnished, everything is well thought out, Netflix, bread in the morning, kitchen essentials, and jacuzzi very appreciated after a day of hiking. Beautiful pool with deckchairs for relaxing. i would go back again

Adri and Petra are wonderful hosts. They greeted us personally, provided great information and were very generous and kind. We wish we could have stayed longer, as their place is beautiful. We were surrounded by nature, right in the middle of stunning mountains and hills. It was tranquil and peaceful and great for taking long dog walks or hikes. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The house was exactly like the photographs. From the moment of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with positive details, thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. We had a great time at Victoria's place. the views are beatiful, the house is very spacious for a big family/group and was very clean. the pool area is also very nice as well as the cinema area. is very well equiped -kitchen utensiles, bbq, linen, etc. the only improvement point, in our opinion, are the size of the double beds, which are a bit small for a couple :) thank you for the good time!

Absolutely lovely! The apartment, patio, pool, and gardens felt like a little slice of paradise. The housekeeper, Rosie, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She brought out toys for our daughter and invited us to have fruits from the garden. Thank you, Rosie!

We love these types of cottages. a great garden with swimming pool. We did not take advantage of that. However, the stove is fired in the evening.

Casa de Manteigas is a perfect base to explore the fabulous Serra Da Estrela. Deceptively spacious, very comfy bedrooms and plush new bathrooms. The balcony means that you can sit outside with a glass of wine or a cup of tea and enjoy views over the village. We would highly recommend and plan on returning.
