L'appartement se trouve en RDC d'une maison typique alsacienne, avec des plafonds bas, abritant autrefois une ancienne forge. Il est entièrement équipé et vous accueille dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue (pas de place de stationnement réservée au studio dans la résidence)
