Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Natalia’s place was great. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and it has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. the location of the house was super convenient. The neighborhood gives you an authentic Moroccan experience and you get to see locals as opposed to other places that feel too touristy. Communication was easy for check in and Natalia was very responsive. I definitely recommend staying in Natalia’s place.

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of little touches. We had great discussions with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay there, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we ate during our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thank you again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

Fantastic Airbnb with stunning views in an amazing location central to everything! Excellent communication with a super responsive host who quickly responded to any needs and helped coordinate easy transportation to and from train stations etc! HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

The house is very nice, clean, spacious and very pleasant. Emma is a communicative, friendly host and helped us with dinner, the guide, transportation and pointed out things to do and where to eat in Fez, which made our trip very special, along with the friendly Khadija always willing and who prepared us that delicious dinner and breakfasts.

We had the most incredible stay at this riad — truly the highlight of our entire trip to Morocco. The photos online don’t do it justice at all; it’s even more stunning in person. Our room was spacious, and so comfortable. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the riad, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We also made use of the pool, which was such a relaxing touch after days spent exploring. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer — it was by far our favorite accommodation in all of Morocco. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It’s even better than you imagine!

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment in line with the listing, clean and easy location to get around to visit Fez, and the host is attentive, small taxis are accessible at reasonable prices at the foot of the apartment.

Zakaria knows how to receive everything is always perfect, the apartment is ideally located and very well equipped. This is our second stay at one of its listings and it will definitely not be the last!
