Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Come and rest in the cool countryside in a quiet setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40 m². A large room of 30 m² with bedroom area, sitting area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house. I can't save the address on the site, so here it is: 15 Allée des Camélias in Celles-sur-Belle in front of the veterinary office, not far from the church

Close to the center, its amenities, hiking trails and the Saint-Hilaire Church (UNESCO).
