Horse farm with commuter location in Bergshammar, Nyköping

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Super nice accommodation, proximity to the archipelago

Spend a few days or a longer period in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. The house is located in the countryside 7 km from Söderköping with mixed buildings around. Nice swimming area 2 km from the property. Close to St. Anna's archipelago and a stone's throw from the Blue Coast. Stegeborg Castle ruins nearby with a restaurant and harbor. Clean and fresh accommodation. Large garden 2500 sqm, enclosed, partially protected from view with patio under roof with barbecue grill. Here you can spend a lovely holiday.

Guest house in a rural setting

Welcome to our guest house! Located between Linköping, Söderköping and Norrköping. With us as your closest neighbor and a few others, you will have peace and quiet here, overlooking fields and just a stone's throw from good mushroom and blueberry fields. 45 minutes to Kolmården Zoo and 15 minutes to Söderköping where you can have an ice cream at the famous ice cream restaurant Smultronstället. The guest house is an older model but with a newly-built bathroom (2022). Note: the cottage is located on our property.

Cozy cottage in beautiful Mem

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cottage has its own patio and here you live next to nature. In the village of Mem, the Göta Canal flows into the Baltic Sea and there is a restaurant. There is a lot to discover near Mem, such as picturesque Söderköping, exciting Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo. Sheets/towels are not included in the price, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. As our guests, you are expected to clean the cottage before departure, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.

Enjoy your stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Övernatta i egen stuga vid vår lilla gård, Solsätter gård 8 min utanför Söderköping längs E22. Här har vi getter, höns, kaniner och katter. Om du har tur kan du få ett nyvärpt ägg till frukost. Det finns två enkelsängar på nedre våningen, 2-3 bäddar på det mysiga loftet. Trappan upp till loftet är brant, rekommenderas ej för barn under 12 år. Nära till trevlig badsjö med badbrygga, avstånd 5 km. Boendet passar bra om man besöker Kolmården, Vimmerby eller vill besöka Söderköpings omgivningar.

A cozy cottage with its own jetty and boat by Lake Tjen

Nästan där vägen slutar kommer ni till vår mysiga stuga 🏡 med avskild tomt vid de ståtliga ekarna och orörd natur. Med naturreservat utanför tomten och sommartid betar våra får 🐑 och kor 🐄 i hagarna. Starta dagen med ett dopp i sjön Tjen. En egen brygga, 300 m från tomten, vid sjön Tjen 🌊, 2 roddbåtar 🚣 🚣och 1 kanot 🛶. Den charmiga stugan har tre rum och kök med vedspis och kakelugn med toalett och dursch. Uthyres per vecka (byte måndagar) sommartid. Annars minst två dagar i rad.

Sjöstugan

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Schoolhouse near the archipelago in a small village by Göta Canal

On the Östgöta coast between Norrköping and Söderköping lies Mem, which is the first lock on the Göta Canal with a lot of boat traffic to look at. The canal was inaugurated here in 1832. In Mem, which is built around the canal with buildings that previously housed Lotsstation, Tullhus, Post, Tullpackhus, Skeppshandel etc. there was also the school which was built about 1890 and in which school was run until 1938.<br><br>
