Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Romantic hunting lodge in a secluded location for max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Apartment with balcony on the second floor

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Cozy apartment s'Radlerbett in the Allgäu

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
