Take it easy at Dancing Waters located on Pirate's Cove in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the ever changing views with many species of birds against the backdrop of Mt Konocti. Christmas Special: Enjoy access to the pier including meditating under the Pyramid. We have created this 450 sq. ft. apartment out of the existing house which we currently live in. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. Our home is a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find Russian River Brewing Company, 45-minute drive to the coast, and a little over an hour to San Francisco. The apartment is above our 2-car garage. It's a quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.

We call our second-story studio apartment the Magic Treehouse because it is up in the trees that enhance the view and provide a magical ambience.
