Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day.
