We spent a weekend in Bruno's accommodation and it perfectly matched the description and our expectations. The self check-in and check-out is really ideal. The house is large with everything you need available. The 2 bathrooms make it easy to stay with 6, and the bedding was really comfortable! The neighborhood was very peaceful, which makes the outside very pleasant. We will be back without hesitation!

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the couch.

Corinne and Peter are fantastic hosts as you wish. The place is really outstanding. Everything is in very good quality and very spacious. We felt very comfortable as a family with children and pets. You do not have to bring water and/or coffee and can be used free of charge. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place. I was also happy to pay the price for just one family, because it was really worth it;-) Thanks for everything

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

The place was quite good and quiet ! Clara was very kind and hospitable and the communication with her was perfect. Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

I love the stay at the vacation house

What a wonderful stay at Tiny Kot. Lakeside, alpaca and emu roaming around. Hot tub was very welcome on our muscles as we were cycle touring Belgium. Wonderful host Olivier who really made us feel welcome. Tiny Kot has everything you need. Would love to return :)

We were with a group of 15 people and we lacked nothing. The place is super equipped and very clean. Communication was also reliable and pleasant. We would come back anytime!

Very good family stay, the house is very nice, the services offered are of quality and the house is very well equipped for everyday life, which makes you feel really good in the house. Young and old were able to enjoy and enjoy the amenities!! Host is very responsive and available. We highly recommend this home and will come back to it during our next stay.

A bubble of happiness at Marie Bonheur. Peaceful, soothing, relaxing, the accommodation is conducive to disconnection. It was perfect for us to visit the surroundings, but also to enjoy the quiet with the family. Accommodation OK for babies 8 months old. Nothing else to say. Spaces are bright. Special mention, in our opinion, for the kitchen: a treasure. The atmosphere of this accommodation deserves to be known. Marieke too. Her human warmth reigns in her home. We recommend, will discuss and will return to the next opportunity.

Great spot for the family!

We enjoying our stay. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with a beautiful patio. It walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment, wish our stay was longer!

We booked last minute and only had minor issues with parking due to a local celebration. (We didn't realise it was a Bank Holiday.) Nadege was as helpful as she could be and made sure we were settled in OK. The shower deserves its own special mention for greatness!

I thank Mathilde and César for their responsiveness and understanding. The accommodation was great, we slept very well.

It is a bright and well-equipped and quiet accommodation. Close to good shops and close to the tram in front of a park. Gauthier is very responsive, and his apartment is very clean.

There were 3 of us for this stay in Damien's apartment: everything matches the photos, it's spacious and bright. Easy parking at the bottom of the building or just in front. Thank you!
