La région regorge de superbes lieux à découvrir en famille ou entre amis. Pour votre plus grand plaisir, les animaux sont acceptés sans supplément ! Vous aurez même accès à un terrain de travail canin gratuitement.

Station de St-Jean Montclar à 3km , parapente sur place, plages du lac de Serre Ponçon à 5km. A l’intérieur, vous y trouverez tout le confort moderne (télévision, cuisine équipée, lave linge ) ; un grand lit en 160x200 et 2 lits 1 place. A l'extérieur et entourant le jardin: les murs de fortification au Nord et à l'Est, la vue sur le lac à l'Ouest (coucher de soleil !).

Le gîte comprend 2 chambres de 15m², un grand séjour cuisine tout équipé et une veranda. Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

In the heart of the Ubaye Valley, Small House under renovation on 800 m² of land, 20 minutes from ski resorts such as PRALOUP and Le SAUZE and 25 minutes from MONTCLAR. The interior is finished. It is cozy, bright, warm and suitable for family life (games, reading corner, upstairs safety barrier, foosball, night lights, etc. baby bed on request). A kitchen equipped with an oven and induction stovetop will allow you to cook "like at home".

My accommodation is rated three stars by Gîtes de France. It is in the heart of the Ubaye Valley, five minutes from the center of Barcelonnette, close to the mountain, the Pra-Loup and Sauze winter sports resorts, family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the calm, comfort, exceptional view, brightness and charm of the old stones. My place is very well heated in winter, it's perfect for families and groups of friends.
