Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mercedes

Marina and Loly were absolutely the best hosts! They were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was even better than the photos—beautiful, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Loly recommended a cheese store near the house, 100% worth to visit. Also, I would like to add that the check-in and out was really smooth, they were on time on both times. Thank you and hoping to go back soon!

The house comes with everything you need to enjoy a few days of tranquility surrounded by Nature. The park is exceptional, we don't get tired of admiring it and enjoying it in each of its corners (which are a lot). In case all this was not enough, the access is quick and easy (very few minutes from the basilica and the center of luxury). we will be back in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful pool!

Veronica was super nice and willing to help us at all times. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden. We found everything we needed for our stay and if we had any questions she answered us very quickly and was always very kind! I highly recommend the house and the place.

We spent a long weekend with friends, the house was very well equipped, the hosts very attentive, ideal to disconnect from the city and relax with a beautiful view of the countryside. Simplicity and abundance. I recommend it and would come back.

The neighborhood is just 10 minutes farther than usual from areas such as Cardales or Maschwitz and perfectly combines the peace of the countryside with the comforts of today. I spent the weekend of August 16-18, 2024 and everything was perfect. The property where the house is is 50x100 and the house has a heating system that heats the floor; then when we wake up at night or in the morning barefoot, it was a pleasure to walk. Rosa was the one who welcomed us with excellent predisposition and the home turned off!!! We're definitely coming back to this place

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

After living here for a month we can confirm that this place definitely stole our hearts. It is very unique, beautiful, comfortable apartment with a lot of cute details and everything necessary. For example there were chess, a good acoustic guitar, books.. so it felt like home. Having your own roof, a secluded piece of nature just for you is the best. Drinking coffee there every morning, making barbecue in the evening, watching stars.. It was a pure bliss and pleasure. There are trees so close that you kinda live among the birds. There are green parrots, colibries and other. Also a cat came to visit us once in a while) The best thing is a view to a park with football field. There is so much going on there every second, you can feel the pulse of life, and amazing vibe of it without even getting outside. Every Wednesday a market comes in the morning and you can buy tastly food like cheese and vegetables, fruit and fish just by you door. Parque Chas is amazing district, getting to know it was such a joy. It is quiet and beautiful, very green. But all of that wouldn't have been such a great experience for us if not for an amazing host Julian! He is a great guy, always so cheerful, kind and supportive. Always keeps in touch and helped us with everything and gave us such a good advice on every matter.

The apartment is very nice, has many nice details. It's beautiful to have a patio and terrace being so centrally located. Communication with Jacky was very good, he is very friendly and gave us a lot of advice for the area. Thank you very much :)

We loved the apartment, Mabel was always very friendly and responded to all our messages right away. The building is super quiet despite being located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Public transportation is excellent, with connections to almost anywhere! Very good pizzerias and ice cream shops just a few blocks away. It is worth mentioning that the apartment does not have mosquito nets but there is good ventilation thanks to the fans and air conditioning in the rooms. Thank you very much for everything Mabel, we'll be back!

The house is beautiful and impeccable, cleaning 11 out of 10, plus everything you need and with many details that make sure you have everything you need during your stay. The house is divine!!! Very large and comfortable, spacious environments, very large patio and pool, all in general excellent and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the house, the patio and the pool as a family and had a wonderful time. The house is just like the photos and description and I thank Federico and his wife for their warmth, kindness and predisposition. It really is a divine house and we loved staying there with my family. We did not have any inconvenience. The area is very quiet. I will recommend this accommodation and if I have a chance I will come back.

My stay at this place was excellent. Upon arrival, I found everything tidy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The heating worked perfect so I didn't suffer from the cold nights. Also, the kitchen is very well equipped, which made the experience even more comfortable. The area is so nice to go for a walk. I recommend going to the old train station which is not far. Definitely a place to recommend

I definitely recommend staying here. We were 10 people in total, children included. The accommodation has all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay. The private and common spaces are spacious, diverse and very nice. Gustavo I advise us in advance and responded to all our inquiries! I also highlight the kindness of Lorena and Hipólito, the landlords, who were attentive to our immediate needs. In short, we feel very comfortable sharing as a family, we will undoubtedly return, we were loaded with memories and anecdotes that we will never forget.

We stayed 3 nights and the house is just spectacular. Large, comfortable and super functional. All rooms are spacious and have air conditioning, including the grilled quincho: a 100% enclosed space, with a bathroom and an incredible view of the park. A true luxury. There is complete privacy. The park is immaculate, you can see the care in gardening, with meters and meters of grass and a variety of trees that make the environment super relaxing. Special mention for the pool: grande,m y profund. In addition, it has night lighting, ideal to enjoy it also at night. The sunbeds with umbrellas add the perfect touch for hot days. Communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and well prepared. Hosting in Jerónimo's house is the ideal choice for those looking for a few days of disconnection, surrounded by nature and peace.

The house is beautiful, spacious, very well heated, the hot water works very well and allows more than one shower to be in use at the same time. There is a service room with a bathroom that I think is not in the photos, and it can be used and is also impeccable. The only recommendation if you need darkness to sleep is to wear masks because the curtains are thin and at dawn the sun shines in all the rooms. The hosts are very kind and attentive. We are already planning to return when the weather allows us to take advantage of the pool and garden, which are beautiful.
