We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

The house is right above the sea in a wonderful bay with a sandy beach and a few steps from a great local taverna. We really enjoyed and relaxed during our vacation there. The terrace is stunning - the interior gets a bit warm towards the end of the day.

The property was actually better than expected, with a spacious lounge and an outside seating area with stunning views of the bay below and the surrounding hillsides. Marina, the host, was very attentive and friendly. Approach rod can be a bit tricky, but that is the case with most access roads on Kythnos.

We had a great time during our stay at Aimilia’s studio! The view from the terrace is amazing and very peaceful! The studio was very clean and matched the fotos, restaurants, supermarket and beach are in walkable distance!!! We had a great communication with Aimilia and the check-in process was easy! Also the people of Kanala are very friendly and lovely!!! Definitely we will visit again!

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is even better than the photos. Everything is new and every detail is taken care of for comfort. Really decorated with a lot of taste. Absolutely nothing is missing And in any case, it only takes one message and I got an immediate response Really perfect, I highly recommend Joëlle

This is our second time here. We LOVE this place. Perfect place in a perfect spot. Flampouria really is the best… solitary swims before 10am are such a rare thing. The sunsets are wonderful too. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest and recharge by the sea. I also want to mention our wonderful hosts who have been so warm and kind to us on both occasions! Thank you for sharing this perfect spot. :)

Antonis is very kind, friendly and extremely willing. Clean and tidy . In fact , the photos don't do him justice . The location is relatively good , Dryopida was not accessible on foot, however. The entrance to the space was relatively difficult because it was on a bend in the street and at night there was no light to make it easier to locate the house and the entrance. It was quiet and private . If and when the surrounding area is formed it will be an ideal home for someone's stay in beautiful Kythnos! I note that we also had our little dog with us.

Ideal place for peaceful vacations, excellent communication with Margarita, she was always responsive and kind. The road was enough rough to get there but the place was something else! The house was fully equipped and only few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ioannis house. We read the facilities and descriptions, but did not quite anticipated the house in different levels. It was really enjoyable. The location is great and private, in a nice neighborhood. It just need to have a walking access taverna and supermarket to be perfect ;) But overall, a great house, great location and very friendly host.

We'll certainly visit again.

We loved it! We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. It is on a quiet beach in Kythnos that was never crowded and was particularly peaceful in the morning and the evening. It’s the ideal place to stay if you want to relax and maximise your swimming time as you have access to the beach within just a few steps as well as your own private pool. It was always easy to find parking next to the house. As mentioned by previous guests there are a few things missing from the house (there are no kitchen knives for cooking, only butter and steak knives. There is also no vacuum and no rags to help keep the house clean) in spite of these details we still had the best time and are already thinking of coming back.

Really a beautiful villa in Agia Irini. Away from the nuisance with the privacy we wanted and needed. Access was easy as we had booked a transfer from the port. Mr. Dimitris was a very kind man who made sure we didn't miss anything. As we didn't have a lot of time, he gave us clear instructions to make the most of it. The house is exactly the same as the photos not to say that maybe in person it is better(which I say first time). Spacious and luxurious with everything I could need. Very important that it had netflex because it bothers me every time I go on vacation to have to put my own code and finally turn to Athens and the app to throw me away the next hotel guests are connected😂. I will distinguish the comfortable beds and the lovely terrace with the unique view. To sum up, it was an amazing experience, and the home like the host was above our expectations.

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

We had a wonderful stay ! Beautiful place and great pool. Supermarket and beach in walking distance. We were with 4 people and had everything we needed.

Very good stay in this very nice place, quiet, peaceful, on Liparo beach, very little traffic. House suitably equipped, pleasant to live in, with a beautiful sea view. Small downside: the track is a little difficult to access (SUV recommended). Nice and discreet host. In short, a memorable stay, recommended!

Beautiful little house in the quiet and peaceful environment. If you want to enjoy the beautiful weather, the calm, the sun, the sea, the silence, this place is for you. Beach 2 min walk away with a beautiful marine life (you are encouraged to snorkel: fish, octopus, murals, sea turtles if you're lucky). Essential car: Shops are a 15-minute drive.

Excellent location, next to the sea. The accommodation and amenities are exactly as described. Very kind, communicative and helpful owners.

The house is so beautiful, in a peaceful setting with the best view! Very spacious, clean, and wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The beach below is walkable and excellent. Kythnos is not a very large island, so with a car/motorbike, this location is perfect to see everything around the island. Christos is an excellent and very responsive host, made us feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here, we absolutely loved it and would love to come again!

Georgina's mother Eleni was extremely easy to communicate with, she was genuinely friendly, and she facilitated our stay. She helped us rest even more, and everything was smooth and flawless. Place was very tidy, exactly or even better than photos. Everything was new and well taken care of. Liked the shower that was comfortable to use. We also enjoyed the place of Loutra, everything was walkable, peaceful, beach parking right in front of house. Would gladly stay there again

The house is very beautiful, brand new, with a wonderful view on the sea, equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. It is spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is easy to reach, you need a car to move around but this is normal in a Greek island, the site is on an easy road, close to a supermarket and a restaurant with sunset view. Nefeli is very helpful and gives you all information you might need to find best restaurants, most scenic beaches, trails, interesting spots. I stayed there with friends and we had a great time in this beautiful house.
