Monthly Rentals in Mermaid Waters

Had a very nice stay here. It is a lovely apartment. Great location. We realised on the day that we had booked the wrong dates, but Jenny was incredibly accommodating and responsive and allowed us to change the reservation dates to that day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Sonia was perfect The villa was perfect and come with all your necessities such as iron, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, soap, sunscreen, extra towels for the pool, sunscreen. Anything you might’ve forgotten she had already there. All the kitchen appliances was there and the organisation of the room made it feel very clean.

We had a great 5 night stay at Laurie’s place. The space was clean and well equipped with plenty of linen & kitchen utensils. Her dog, Charlie, was very cute and Laurie was friendly. Parking was our only difficulty at busy times of day but Laurie was happy to help us with that as well. Would definitely recommend Laurie’s place for a couples getaway.

Taree is a great host, she was always responsive and provided great support with every little detail making our stay a great experience. The place is pristine, greatly located, nice views and excellent cafes/ restaurants a few meters away, for sure one of those destinations that we look forward returning and recommending. Thanks Taree, you made things clear and easy for me and my family!
