Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Merriam

My wife and I chose to stay here for the night for our KC outing. What a great find! The place was absolutely spotless, and matched the pictures. It was in a great central location. We were impressed! Within 10-20 minutes we could be at everything we wanted to do, and come back to relax for a little while. Downtown location near all the restaurants, and cute shops. This location would be perfect for a cool summer day, relax on the either of the porches. 10/10. Enjoyed our stay!

Sara was a wonderful host, and her property was AMAZING! This trip has been the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. The property was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was immaculate! I highly recommend this Airbnb to any future travelers, and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We stayed at Buffalo House for our Yearly Business Retreat and hosted the event at the house. Our Insiders stayed there with us and we had all trainings in the living room. It was a perfect place for our little holistic family to meet and gather for trainings and new product launches! Beautiful home close to things to do and tons of restaurants! Will be adding to our list of places to stay in the future.

Magical backyard space with native plants and seating options for gathering and fantastic indoor 2-D art and sculpture everywhere. Clean, eclectic and fabulous! Huge basement area and multiple sleeping options. Loved the aesthetic and felt right at home. Dogs loved walking the neighborhood and we were in the middle of so many amazing neighborhoods and parks. A one of a kind stand-out with the mosaics and Art collection, yet plenty of places to chill. Definitely will be back!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

The immediate area is quiet, with several parks within walking distance, but is also close to everything the city has to offer, as well as the suburban areas around KC. The house was clean and cute and everything was as described - thanks again!

We loved our stay! Our hosts are very nice and responsive. The house is cozy and clean in a safe quiet neighborhood. Supper close to a lot of shopping places and restaurants. They also have lots of baby things which made traveling with a little one super easy. Would definitely stay again!

Super cozy space. It was very well stocked, and communication with Katrin was great. It's in a pretty suburban area but not too difficult to get to downtown KC from. We had a great experience.

Savannah was a great host. She made sure everything was to our expectations and asked if we needed anything. Great response time if we had any questions or trouble with anything. Definitely recommend her place! 10/10!

Jaymi's Airbnb was a great place to stay during my vacation in Kansas City. It’s located in a safe area and a quick drive to restaurants, bars, and other activities. The home was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and I had everything I needed during my stay. Would recommend!

We had a great stay in this basement apartment. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a country setting but not far from the city. Hosts were very nice. We would stay again if we are in the area!

My wife and I came into town for a music festival and Twin Cedars was perfect for us to stay nearby. The site is beautiful and secluded while being very close to many things to do. The space was spotless and very welcoming. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, as well. Jodi and Brandon communicated clearly and instructions were very easy to understand. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

Great little spot! Walkable to some cute coffee shops and a great climbing gym! Very central to a lot of great spots. We had a minor problem with the toilet, but Vince was super responsive and got it fixed right away!

I wonderful and quiet place to stay in Liberty. A 5-star recommendation. Felt like a home as soon as I walked in.

Melanie was great and helpful to any questions we had! Check in was smooth! A little difficult to locate certain unit, but once found it was easy to access! Good privacy and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would return if in the area! Perfect for small group travels.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Super cute and quirky old brick home with a great vibe. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the most awesome art museum. There is tons to do, eat and drink close by. It fit our needs perfectly. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Nick was a great host! Very responsive, flexible with reservation dates which is great for our baseball lifestyle, and the location is absolutely perfect.
