Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Merrylands

We wanted to find accommodation where we felt comfortable as my daughter was recovering from surgery. This place met our needs and we were extremely happy from the time we entered the house to the time we left. We communicated with Amy who was always quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend.

A wonderful place to stay with stunning views. Clean place recommended for any one who might need a place that is quiet and peaceful. Hohamad is a wonderful host as well.

I enjoyed my stay at Abraham’s place. The place itself is very spacious and large, so it easily accommodated my guests. Abraham was very prompt and easy to communicate with throughout our time there, which we appreciated. If I were staying in that suburb again, I would definitely consider staying here again. Cheers!

The house was very warm and the kids loved it immediately. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped. It was very clean and even had jani promptly fix an issue with the bed linen as soon as we informed her. Although not her responsibility she agreed to post out some items left behind by my kids.

My family spent 4 weeks at this property and it was fantastic! Located in a beautiful area, with easy access to shops and highways. It met all our needs and was our little home away from home, we would definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. Everything was clean and tidy and so welcoming. Our daughter had stayed here last year and told us how good it was. We have grandchildren that live a few minutes away and this was perfect as close enough to be together but also a little reprieve from the high level energy. All the lovely touches were much appreciated and the couch was just so comfy to relax after a busy morning. No complaints at all, it was all fab (and I think I'm quite fussy too). Thank you so much Kaye, I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended !!

Kim is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host! Even before we booked, she was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was genuinely supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Kim and her family made us feel welcome and cared for. The property itself is amazing, beautifully maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. Yolande's accommodation was quiet, private, clean and I felt very relaxed with her beautiful decorations, artworks and furnishings. The bed linen was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Yolande supplied delicious fresh sourdough, butter, milk and some other pantry supplies as well. Yolande's is very central to everything. I found it quite easy to park in the street whilst I was there. I will definitely be staying there again!

Gary was a responsive host. The apartment was bigger than it looked in the photos, which was a nice suprise. We are on a four week trip around Eastern Australia, and free use of the washing machine was a great bonus.

The view from Alisa’s apartment is just amazing in the photos but even better in real life!! Our two night stay during Vivid made it all the more special. Watching the lights from the living room was just mesmerising. Lovely local restaurants and a 5 min walk to the train made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful apartment in such a central location. Made it very easy to walk and explore and catch public transport to traipse the city. Very spacious apartment with a beautiful outdoor area too. We got to see the fireworks as part of vivid on both nights which was quite special! The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, and clean. Baby cot, high chair and even a simple stroller were made available to us. Very grateful. If you’re just staying in the 2 main rooms, the heating is adequate for the winter but the study can get quite cold (Volker may already be looking into this!) otherwise. Also, do take note that there’s still stairs to navigate despite there being a lift.. so may not be so friendly for those with mobility issues or can’t carry their heavy bags. Everything else was great! Volker as a host was also always responsive and was a great listener to our needs before our trip and was very receptive to feedback after. Thank you!

Ha is a fabulous host. When we arrived we found Ha had supplied fresh milk, fruit and biscuits. This was a lovely surprise and made our week stay relaxing and comfortable. Ha is very responsive when you post questions and also super helpful when things went awry with our stay. I’d recommend you stay.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

This stay was amazing. It had all the amenities you needed for a nice weekend away and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very kind and responded to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

The property was great and the cleanliness was impressive. I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider booking it again in the future.
