Our cozy apartment for max. 2 people is located in the beautiful village of 66663 Merzig-Brotdorf. Brotdorf is, among other things, the starting point for many cycling tours in Saarland. Due to the central location, many excursion destinations can be reached in a short time. Beautiful hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. We hope to welcome you soon as our guest. You can expect a very well-equipped apartment that has been cleaned before your arrival and checked for any damage damage.

In einem lichtdurchfluteten großen 2-Zimmerapartment erwartet dich ein großzügiges, vollständig ausgestattetes Zuhause mit Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse mit Süd Ausrichtung darf geraucht werden. (Aber bitte Terassentür dabei schließen.) Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre offene, modere und vollständig ausgestattet Küche. (mit Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Mikrowelle, etc.) Schreibtisch und begehbarer Kleiderschrank gehören zum Schlafzimmer dazu. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Unsere gemütliche Loftwohnung wurde 2021 umfangreich Saniert, ist ca. 60m² groß, mit einer Küche, einem Bad und einem Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch und Smart-TV. Der Schlafbereich ist über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen. Direkt darunter befindet sich ein weiterer Schlafraum, in welcher sich eine Schlafcouch, ein Kleiderschrank, sowie ein Schminktisch befindet. Des Weiteren gibt es noch zwei Abstellkammern, wo man seine Wäsche aufhängen sowie Lebensmittel aufbewahren kann.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, espresso and coffee maker, toaster and raclette. Large southwest balcony with seating, awning and privacy screen.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.
