Christos was an excellent host, response to our questions was immediate. The villa is perfect for family or a group of friends. Three double bedrooms and one double bedroom off the lounge area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit quietly, each bedroom had its own balcony. Very useful if you want your own very quiet reading space with views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool and pool beds, great outdoor space, fabulous BBQ which we used many times, just a perfect place to spend time with family. A proper cooks kitchen everything to hand. The village of Gennadi which is a drive of 5mins has a bakery, veg shop, small well equipped supermarket and great restaurants. Visited many cultural places on Rhodes and some excellent beaches. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This is easily our favorite villa that we have stayed at in Lachania over the years. We had no issues during our stay and Michail is a great, professional, helpful and responsive host! The instructions to find the house were very descriptive and we found it no problem. Parking was super easy as the villa has its own area that easily fits 4 cars. There’s a Nest lock and code to get in which is convenient and you don’t worry about house keys. The house itself was absolutely amazing. You walk into a big, open first floor plan with a huge patio door leading out to a gorgeous patio. The kitchen was spotless and clearly upgraded recently as was the half bath downstairs. You get a 4k tv with all the streaming services and a Sony Bluetooth ready speaker system for your music. Upstairs you’ll find 2 beautiful bedrooms with larger and comfy beds and an amazing full bath with a tub/shower combo. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking, especially at night with all the stars visible.

It is a calm place in the Rhodos countryside, it's in heart of old housing. Host provide useful tips. An excellent pick if you want to explore nature. We really recommend trip to Akramitis mountain, Jacob's canyon, Monolithos Castle, sunsets on Limni beach and much more.

First of all I don’t know how to describe it all, except as the most amazing stay we had in Rhode Island. Place is perfect for two people, neighbourhood is so amazing and friendly, that in the first day we enjoyed shared lunch with the lady next door. Next morning she brought homemade bread. As well on the last day tavern just across opened and it was incredible. Beach is 7 minutes drive and the whole time we were almost alone there - so, so beautiful! And what can I say about the whole city the place is - magical. Watching sunset and sunrise on the top of the mountain, which is 2 minutes walk - insane. And seeing all the animals - crazy. Deers were walking like any local cat. I would never forget this stay in my life and could not recommend to visit it more! We are absolutely coming back! THANK YOU

Dimitris und sein Sohn Alexandros (der uns bei der Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, eine Melone und Wasser überreichte) sind sehr nett, freundlich und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist perfekt: toller Ausblick über die Bucht und das Meer, sowie nur 2 Gehminuten im gemütlichen Urlaubstempo bis zum Strand. Und dort waren wir dann meistens ganz alleine. Erwähnenswert ist für uns auch der Baum vor dem Sitzplatz (ein mit wildem Wein überwachsener Pavillion) der uns morgens beim Frühstück angenehm Schatten gespendet hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mehr als nur vollständig und die sonstige Einrichtung im Haus mit liebevollen Details. Die Matratzen der Betten im Doppelzimmer waren für uns sehr angenehm; nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Fazit: Wir können das Seahouse uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wer Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus sucht, verbunden mit einer grandiosen Lage in Strandnähe, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es wurde sehr gut für uns gesorgt. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und der Strand ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir würden sehr freundlich mit Wein und anderen regionalen Produkten empfangen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Un grand merci pour ce séjour si agréable dans votre logement ! Nous étions entre amis avec nos enfants, et tout le monde — petits comme grands — s’est senti parfaitement bien chez vous. Le logement était non seulement confortable, propre et bien situé, mais aussi vraiment pensé pour les familles. Un immense merci pour le parc à bébé et la poussette mis à disposition : ça nous a vraiment facilité la vie et permis de profiter pleinement du séjour. Et que dire de la piscine… un vrai bonheur ! Elle a fait l’unanimité auprès des enfants (et des adultes aussi, on l’avoue 😄). Parfaitement entretenue et agréable à toute heure, elle a ajouté une touche de détente et de plaisir à nos journées. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux, votre disponibilité, et toutes les petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs — et l’envie de revenir !

Amalia’s was right next to a little beach that made it easy to get into the sea & relax. Location was perfect as not too close to the downtown noise, but very easy to walk to all the restaurants & markets. Lovely home with lots of outdoor spaces. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an area outside the main cities (very close to Lindos & the bus system in the area seems to be utilized between the two towns quite easily).
