Byzantine Home in the Castle

In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Το δίκλινο δωμάτιο διαθέτει κλιματισμό, αφυγραντήρα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και σεσουάρ. Η μικρή, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα περιλαμβάνει εστίες, ψυγείο, σκεύη κουζίνας, βραστήρα για τσάι και μηχανή Nespresso. Το δωμάτιο προσφέρει πρόσβαση στον κοινόχρηστο lounge χώρο, διαθέτει ντουλάπα, ξύλινο δάπεδο και μία γλυκιά υποδοχή για τους επισκέπτες. Προσφέρονται 2 κάψουλες καφέ, λουκούμια και γλυκίσματα στους επισκέπτες. Η μονάδα περιλαμβάνει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και δεν διαθέτει αυλή ή βεράντα.

Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αρμόλια,το οποίο ανήκει στα Μαστιχοχώρια της Χιου.Τα σπίτια είναι πέτρινα ,παραδοσιακά και χτισμένα το ένα πολύ κοντά στο άλλο.Το χωριό είναι γνωστό για τα πήλινα αγγεία που εδώ και αιώνες δημιουργούν οι κάτοικοι του.Περίπου στα 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ,ζαχαροπλαστείο,καφενείο,ψητοπωλείο,παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα,2 πρατήρια καυσίμων,φαρμακείο και κέντρο υγείας, ενώ πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται οι ωραιότερες παραλίες της νότιας Χίου(Κώμη,Μαύρα Βόλια,...)

Πρόκειται για ένα μοντέρνο στούντιο ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα, με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο και το Βενέτικο. Διαθέτει άνετο μπαλκόνι και πίσω αυλή. Δίπλα στην κοσμοπολίτικη Κώμη και το Βίρι.
