This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

This was a great house with tons of room and all the things we needed for our stay. We spent most of our time there on the back porch watching family swim. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to make meals. Everything was very nice and we had a great stay.

Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

We had a great stay at Linden Cottage. The hosts were very nice and very responsive. The home was beautiful and very clean. Highly recommended for a vacation stay.

Very beautiful house, so much space. Great place for family reunion because of how many bedrooms and available bathrooms! I just loved when I was exploring the house of how many things astonished me with the 2 stairs and so many different rooms. Big yard open concept kitchen and living room , just perfect!

Just spent a couple of nights at Hidden Pines Cabins in South Berwick, Maine and had the most romantic and relaxing experience. We chose the mirrored cabin because of its uniqueness and it was perfect for us. Keep in mind this is a one room cabin with a small bathroom, but plenty for two adults. We loved the private jacuzzi and sauna and used it regularly after our hikes. As for the host Christian, he was probably the best host I’ve EVER dealt with using an Airbnb. Friendly, responsive and welcoming! He does have two other cabins the Pond View and the A Frame. We plan on renting the A Frame sometime in the winter. Thank you, Christian! 💕 Barbara

Grace was so easy to work with. Whenever I had a question, she responded quickly and she was eager to make our stay easy and stress- free. The place is immaculate! We were there for a relative's graduation from The Groton School and the drive was quick- and pretty!

We were in town for my niece's high school graduation and wanted a place for a few family members to stay together. The house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only thing I would note is that there are no bedrooms on the main level- either upstairs or downstairs- so if you have mobility impaired guests this could be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The home is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the site, located on a very quiet street in a wooded area. Very clean, with access to a whole array of kitchenware and other items around the house. Excellent, detailed set of instructions for the home with info on TV controls, gaming system, thermostat control, local recommendations, and departure instructions. This would be an amazing house to stay with small children, as there is a fun playroom with toys in the basement and a great backyard. It's about 45 minutes to Boston without traffic, and about 1 1/4 hours at peak times, so plan accordingly if you are planning travel to downtown Boston. Great local ice cream place just down the street and local shopping about 10 minutes away.

Norma’s place was a great stay! We came to NH to celebrate the holidays with our family and this place did not disappoint. Well worth the price and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

If you like spacious, spotless, quiet, and comfortable homes that are stocked with all the essentials and situated in a great location, then you'll love staying at this Airbnb. It was a bit too much space for my needs and preferences as I was traveling solo, and I don't need a formal dining room or two living rooms, but the location and comfort level couldn't be beat. The hosts are very responsive. Do make sure you ask them about the heat controls, I never could figure out how to maintain the right temperature for long, but my visit was pretty short and I managed just fine. Pro tip: Don't miss a chance to sample the savory turkey pot pies and many varieties of sweet pies at nearby Out Post Farm.

My family had a great time. The location was perfect for us. Private, but close to everything we needed. We spent a day in Boston, about a 90 minute drive. About the same to Portland Maine for a day. Manchester/Boston airport was only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend Tuscan Village in Salem, NH about 30 minutes away. Great shopping, dining, and entertainment venue.

Beautiful place with a mountain view like no other! Much needed peace and quiet.. Very affordable and Judith is a wonderful host. Very responsive to my messages. I will definitely be looking for availability next time I'm in town! Thanks for being so accommodating!

House was clean, roomy, private and a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store was close by which was very convenient

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.
