The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

Perfect place to immerse yourself in nature, we are 700 meters above sea level, on the edge of a centuries-old chestnut grove and the woods. You can enjoy various walks including the CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola trail passing in front of the house. Reachable only by private means, it is 45 km from Bologna, 48 km from Modena and 100 km from Florence. The access road to the farmhouse is paved.

Podere Case di Ovello

The fully restored farm is 3 km from the center of the village of Brisighella and is located at a height of 160 meters above sea level. Ovello is one of the oldest properties on the estate, it was already part of the estate in the 1500s and it dates back to the first of the two houses (house Tamerice), while the second (Marruca house) dates back to the end of the 19th century. Both houses can accommodate up to 6 guests each, with a large surrounding garden, two outdoor patios, parking and a private pool.

Immersed in the Modena countryside, between the bike path on the Secchia embankment and the historical center, less than 3 km away. The area is completely fenced and has an entrance independent of the facility and the animal area. Four-legged guests will be very welcome!
