Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Bologna

This studio was absolutely perfect for my 2 month stay. It was quiet, perfectly located, and the entire staff was helpful, kind, and responsive. The sky light also offered some wonderful sunshine in the kitchen area. loved everything about this place!

Very bright, clean, modern apartment in perfect location to access everything in Bologna. Space was perfect for our family of 4, which includes 16yo and 19yo who loved upstairs bedroom and bathroom space. Living room and kitchen table area are not as narrow as they appeear to be in photos. We found them very comfortable and spacious. Small balcony as lovely views of rooftops and church across the street. Location is excellent! Strada Maggiore is full of life day and night, but apartment is quiet at night with no bars, trash collection, or any other noise. Less than 10 mins walk to two towers and plaza maggiore, 5 mins to university area. But still very much within the historic area with porticos and within city walls. Tons of food options nearby. Main level shower was small but very adequate and had great water pressure. Major plus is washer and dryer in building which are free and easy to use. Hosts were flexible with dropping bags early and holding for later flight departures.

Fantastic location right in the city centre! Francesca provided clear and responsive communication which made the stay nice and easy. We did find that on very hot days the air conditioning does struggle if you’re in the front bedroom but besides that great place.

Really great apartment - easy to walk everywhere and close to excellent restaurants and bars. The apartment was really clean and modern and actually looked better in person than it does in the photos. Plenty of storage space, super comfortable, large bed with nice bed linens and modern decoration. Driving instructions to get to the apartment are a little complex, but that’s just because of traffic restrictions in the city and the instructions from Francesca were really clear and easy to follow. We had a great stay and will 100% stay here again next time we’re in Bologna. Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean apartment in a nice building that mixed modern and old beautifully. We were a family of four and space would have maybe felt a bit cramped if we weren’t out a lot visiting family living nearby. The big highlight of this particular apartment was the lovely outdoor space. It was our favorite place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. Location is super close to central, Two Towers landmark, several grocery stores and restaurants. We mostly worked with Isabella, the host’s daughter and she was incredibly helpful and warm during our stay.

We had such a relaxing time here. The setting was peaceful and quiet—perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

Really nice place to stay with great location in the middle of the city and a modern apartment.

This place is Bologna gold! We have been traveling for almost a month with a little one and this home was impeccable, huge space, amazing view of the towers, location location location! Oh and did I mention very comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and brand new kitchen. Honestly, it was the best airbnb we have stayed in a long time.

The location of the accommodation was excellent – all important sights were easily accessible on foot. The accommodation itself was modern and offered a high level of comfort.

We've just spent a week in Bologna with our 3-year old daughter. Our stay at Opera residences was perfect. Very easy and flexible check in (with code), nice apartment in the inner part of a residence. Location is super and completely walkable. We found all the necessary equipment in the apartment and nice gadgets. We would definitely stay again!

Very good stay at Silvia's. The apartament is perfectly situated in the center of Bologna. There are two coffee/bakery shops downstairs, so it is very convenient for breakfast. The apartment is clean, large, all the amenities, good beds, sleep quality is very good. Very convenient for visiting Bologna or going to the University as it is a 15-20 minutes walk from everything. Communication is rapid, all the instructions were clear.

Very nice place in good location. The acces was easy. With the same code we could enter the building, room, laundry room. Really facile check in. The building is really nice. Felt like a museum. The room was nice and clean. The street is not noisy so we had good quality sleep. The surface of the room was enaugh for 2 adults and 2 small kids. In the building there is a laundry room so if you need to clean your clothes you have this option. There is also a clothes dryer. There are some small improvements to be made in the room but the overall experience was great.

Great location, right next to the two towers with perfect view. Unfortunately the elevator had broken down the morning of our visit before we arrived but 2 flights of stairs not too bad to deal with. Thanks!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in the heart of Bologna, and I can't recommend it enough! The location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. Situated in the charming historic center, I was just steps away from the vibrant streets, bustling cafes, and incredible landmarks that Bologna is famous for. Everything was conveniently within walking distance. The apartment itself was a true delight. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was the stunning balcony. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Would highly recommend!!

Le Porte, right next to the Towers, is a spectacular place to stay in Bologna. We enjoyed a week in town and the apartment was the right choice for us with their baby friendly amenities, spacious living area and exceptional cleanliness standards. Of course, the weekend nights were noisy, but that's because the city is so vibrant and we were right in the middle of the action! All in all, we'd recommend Le Porte and would love to come back some other time.
