Spacious and cozy house in a beautiful square in the city center, residential and quiet in a historic building from the early 1900s. A short walk to public bus stops, the pedestrian area and the most important historical and monumental attractions. It comfortably accommodates 2 or 4 people: 2 in a double bed, and another 2 in a single bed that can be extended into a comfortable double bed. Suitable for families. On request, a travel crib for the little ones. Super equipped. NO pets. NO smoking.

In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! The accommodation, recently renovated and cared for in every detail, is located near Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the historically most lively and characteristic streets of Cagliari, full of restaurants and typical clubs. From here you can easily reach the city's main points of interest (Bastion, Amphitheater, Museums) as well as the train station and the port of Cagliari in a few minutes on foot.
