Located in the historic center, in an authentic and not very touristy residential neighborhood, it is perfect for experiencing Florence like a true Florentine. The center is easily visited on foot. Ultra-fast fiber WiFi, TV with Chromecast, unlimited hot/cold air conditioning. Great connections: bus and taxi stop under the house, station within walking distance. Parking under the house and car access without ZTL.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

Il mio alloggio è vicinissimo alla splendida Piazza di Santa Croce. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. In pochissimi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere ed ammirare i principali monumenti della città: Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Duomo, Palazzo Pitti e la Basilica di San Lorenzo. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e le stanze son comode e spaziose. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie con bambini.
