Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home, as well as the Visarno Arena and the main train station of Santa Maria novella.

On ground floor you will find bedroom, living room with a couch that transforms into a bed, a bathroom and kitchen with all equipment needed. Another bedroom with a private bathroom is situated in semi basement. You'd have anything you need for a comfortable stay, just bring your pigiama.
