Lovely quiet location, yet only a 2 min walk to the town's amenities. The accomodation was clean and well maintained throughout.

The Bluelake Cottage has become one of our favourites - a truly relaxing place to stay. It is beautifully appointed, with an open plan, great kitchen and very comfortable poster bed making the space special. The front deck looks over the forest - perfect for a cuppa and listening to the birds in the morning. It is very pet friendly (my border collie and chihuahua love it), with a large fully fenced yard and pet bowls supplied. Wallaby Creek Trail is at the doorstep and a good walk down to Lake King. A few doors up the road is Little Red Bucket Delicacies selling fresh made Italian (gnocchi and eggplant pesto is fantastic). Allison is a wonderful host - easy to communicate with and provides everything you need to know about your booking, the cottage and things to do in the area (though once you’re there, you won’t want to leave the tranquility!). Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be close to nature with the comforts of home. ❤️

It was a great stay, the view from the house was awesome and he been lucky to see the clear sky with the stars. The House was very clean and had a great atmosphere with the fireplace and the general location. It was all in all a great stay and I would love to come back again.

The place was very beautiful and the scenic route was breathtaking. Apartment was easy access and had nice, cosy interior with a fully equipped kitchen.
