Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

Our second year in a row staying in this condo! There is nothing better than the convenience of parking right outside your room. Only one flight of stairs so no elevator waiting. Short walk to the beach or the pool. Most comfortable bed. Lyft rides were cheap. We love everything about it and will be back!

Wonderful location! Love how close the pool was to our room! Walmart was super close and close to most popular restaurants! Definitely would stay again!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

This is kind of place that just makes the most of ur vacation needs , the place has everything u need to spend an amazing time with ur loved ones and that includes ur pet as well , well stacked kitchen , good amenities including beach kit as well , no idea how to thank the person who proactively thought it through …. The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved staying at their little cute townhouse. A perfect spot on 30a close to the beaches and restaurants. Everything is exactly as described. If anything happened/came up during my stay, it was addressed right away. Steve was a great host! 10/10 Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great place with very easy access to beach, which was particularly nice when we came in for lunch and to dodge the thunderstorm. Beautiful view from condo. Very clean and comfortable. AC unit was a bit loud when it kicked on at night, but not a big problem. We stayed when there was ongoing construction on the building but the only time it mattered was on the morning when we were leaving, as the workers were in the entry way between the elevator and parking lot. Definitely would go back.

Firstly - the listing photos do not do the view justice! Next to being right on the sand, time spent on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunset was our favorite time. The condo complex is well laid out - with plenty of parking, three pools and three beach access points. Having chairs and an umbrella reserved - courtesy of our hosts - was fantastic! Bring yourself, a towel and some snacks - that’s all you need for a great beach day! Walmart for groceries and other necessities is just around the corner (walkable) as were some restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s an easy drive from the Panama City airport. We’d love to stay again!

Me and my girlfriend had a great time staying at this place. The views were incredible and the place was very clean and cozy. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Great place! My teenagers were just upset we weren’t on the strip like we usually are. Having to drive everywhere was a pain, but not anyone’s fault other than mine for not realizing how far down we were. Other than that we loved the place!

My family and I stayed here over the Juneteenth weekend. It was better than advertised. Although I love the beach and the sun…I hate sand. One of the great things about Shaun’s place is the outdoor rinse station. It was such an amazing amenity. It helped us keep his home sand free and also minimize the amount that we tracked into our car. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was as described. Easy access to the pool and beach. The views from the condo were outstanding. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, comfy and made for a relaxing vacation.

Wow! This condo was beautiful. Well thought out layout, especially for families with little kids. The view from the moment you walk in is breathtaking. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and it made it easy to feel like home away from home. Convenient location to many attractions and restaurants in the Panama City Beach area. Brent was exceptional throughout the process He gave very precise instructions from beginning to end and was very responsive to any questions or issue's we had. He forewarned about the mass entrance and exit of new and leaving guests so we just went to the room right after checkin and waited a couple of hours before moving our stuff in which was much easier. This condo is terrific and the view is gorgeous. Thanks Brent for making our visit seamless.

Great Airbnb right by the beach! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is also walking distance from the pier with all the shops and restaurants. Tracy is the best host! My family and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you!
