This gorgeous 3 floors house was integrally renovated by an architect in 2021 and features a unique design with a patio, a terrace and numerous balconies. There are multiple canopies and large windows that allow all the rooms to be very bright. The colors and custom-designed furniture were carefully curated to celebrate the Mexican culture. The house is located in a very quiet street of the historic Roma Sur neighborhood and offers walking access to the city’s best restaurants and bars.

About this place This unique space is at the heart of la Condesa, has 24 hour security to provide a perfect and safe stay. Location allows you to walk to all the touristic places as Reforma, Juárez, Chapultepec or Historic Center. The space I am excited about your stay here, each room has been carefully curated to give a each guest a luxurious yet cozy vibe. My idea was to share a part of my story in this city with you through this apartment I have put together with so much love.

Alojamiento totalmente equipado, con un cómodo y moderno mobiliario y decoración, en una de las mejores zonas de la Ciudad de México "La Condesa" en una calle cerrada con acceso controlado, y a una distancia a pie de todos los servicios y restaurantes, cafés, supermercados. Hay que considerar que hay una obra en proceso a tres predios de este edificio, que se ejecutan en un horario aproximado de 8 - 17 hs de lunes a viernes y los sábados de 8 a 13hs.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
