Extremely beautiful setting, Dora is really nice and responsive got us towels and an iron. Dora did a great job making the casita side private keeping in mind she has several different style listings on the same property. I will consider staying again at another one of her cottages.

We’ve stayed at Ron’s multiple times now and it always exceeds expectations! You cannot beat the location, privacy, and views of this place. The sunsets are breathtaking and we love all the spaces the house has to enjoy the views. Ron is very responsive and the house has everything you could need! Highly recommend staying here

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool just about every day. If you're looking for a quiet area of town, this is not it. The church bells start early! Explosive fireworks (assuming it's a Holy Week tradition, and not always present) were loud and even startling at times, but didn't go past 10 PM. If you're looking for a walkable area and a home that feels both historic and cozy, this is the perfect choice. Good restaurants were within walking distance, like Mestiza and Cafe Rama. El Manantial was perfect for tacos and margaritas! Loved the park and the plaza for local culture and the diverse bird population. We enjoyed Isabel's tortilla soup, but mostly ate out. I loved my mornings in the library. Loved City Market and wish we'd gone earlier in the week to stock up on more items for the week. If you are lucky enough to stay here, enjoy! SMA is a beautiful place, and it's the ideal spot from which to enjoy the lively city.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

The day leading up to our stay was eventful- we got in an accident and spent most of the day in a police station waiting to complete a claim. When we finally made it to Casa Yaxunah, all of the stress and worries melted away. We immediately visited the cenote, which is the most magical place, and we had it to ourselves! We were so enamored with the casa, we immediately checked to see if we could stay another night-which we did. The tour guides Mr. Ignacio and grandson Victor were friendly and knowledgeable about the history and lore of Yaxunah, as only lifetime locals can be. Their pride in their home is evident and understandable. Ms Angelica was an amazing cook, and we had enough to feed us breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend her 3 course meal! The atmosphere of the jungle-like casa and back patio is unbelievable-the hosts did an impeccable job of remodeling and decorating. Thank you for an incredible honeymoon stay!

We had an amazing stay! My boyfriend, our dogs, and I loved the cozy, peaceful studio perfect for relaxing. The beach is just a short walk away, and the temazcal was such a unique and special extra. Romy was super friendly and responded quickly to anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Great studio, exactly as described. Very convenient location with a beautiful terrace on the roof. Room was clean and had everything necessary. We had a great experience and would be happy to stay again!

Fantastic place and neighborhood. Exactly as the description and pictures, so nice to have the large outdoor areas. Right in the middle of everything you need, you feel right at home. Great facilities and hot water, kind to provide a large container of drinking water. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again! Thank you for having me!

I just returned from a trip with my teen daughter and we had the best time at this airbnb. We felt extremely safe on the property and the location was great with many options for food/coffee/drinks within a short walk. The accommodations looked better than the pictures even! It was clean, quiet and had a beautiful aesthetic. The AC was convenient and kept us cool at night. The outside patio was nice to have and was also decorated very tastefully. We used the (shared) pool a lot but honestly we had it to ourselves most of the time. The patio furniture was comfortable with both sunny and shady options. Overall I would give a 10/10 and would highly recommend. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future!!

Perfect place to stay in! Everything is 5 min to 10min walk away. Great views of the town and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. Clau was super responsive and helpful and provided lots of great recommendations too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Clau’s place if you’re planning to spend a few days in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods!

Un lugar hermoso para hospedarte, todo está súper limpio las camas y almohadas súper cómodas, siempre estuvieron al pendiente y muy amables, volvería sin dudar solo de nosotros complicó la subida que está antes de llegar al alojamiento tal vez por la lluvia pero el alojamiento está excelente

El lugar es verdaderamente agradable, es fácil d encontrar y la cabaña es muy acogedora además tiene cerca en todo el perímetro lo que fue muy tranquilizante para poder llevar a mis mascotas las cuales disfrutaron al igual que yo de la estancia en la Toscana 2. Agradecemos la oportunidad de visitarlos y estaremos volver pronto.

Bellísimo lugar. Las fotos coinciden totalmente, la cabaña muy limpia y acogedora. El servicio de primera, la atención de Olga, Alvaro y Adriana muy puntual y amable, resuelven al instante cualquier situación. Un lugar para desconectarse y respirar aire limpio.

Estuvimos 4 días, la cabaña es cómoda y suficiente para dos personas. Posee todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos sencillos y un refrigerador mediano que enfría bien. La cama es cómoda y el baño es limpio y de buen tamaño. Es naturalmente un lugar con muchos insectos así que hay que tenerlo en cuenta. El acceso es por la playa y las instrucciones que nos brindaron fueron muy claras, sólo recomiendo que si no conocen la zona, lleguen con luz de día. Cada cabaña tiene su propia palapa para descansar en la playa y es una zona con muy poca gente, por lo que pudimos pasar horas sin problema disfrutando. Todos en la propiedad son muy amables

Si buscan un lugar tranquilo, armonioso, confortable, de total desconexión pero conservando las comodidades de entretenimiento, este lugar es perfecto. La cabaña tiene un jardín enorme por si llevan mascota; su diseño es de buen gusto, no falta absolutamente nada, las fotos coinciden con el lugar y Daniel el anfitrión se preocupa por resolver cualquier necesidad durante tu estancia. Hay muchos consumibles que ya están incluidos y si no quieres salir al pueblo eso se agradece: café soluble y molido, sales, pimientas, agua purificada, tiras de ocote y dicho sea de paso un asador muy pro. La relación entre calidad y costo es insuperable, volvería a elegir la cabaña si un día regreso a Tapalpa.
