I stayed at this airbnb for 8 days with my wife and two young children. the townhouse was new, clean, and comfortable. The gated community was friendly and quiet. The pool was never busy and was very relaxing. my kids loved the playground near the pool and outside the gated community. We had a car and found some nice restaurants near by and did day trips to different beaches. thanks for having us and we would love to.come back.

El lugar fue muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa, no batallamos para nada, tenía todas las amenidades de la descripción. Con gusto volveríamos aquí. Excelente lugar 😊

Our second stay at the coto but with family this time. Everyone loved it. We had a problem with the water heater and Jessica send us someone to help us right away. She is a formidable super host and I recommend her highly.

La casa es muy cómoda, amplia y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar la temporada. La colonia es extremadamente tranquila. La ubicación es bastante beneficiosa, de un lado esta la col, valle dorado que ofrece todo tipo de comida desde restaurantes hasta antojitos y taquitos, servicios como farmacias oxxos y hacia la costa están los restaurantes más elegantes. Lo más fácil es llevar tu propio vehículo. El internet suele estar bastante estable y de buena velocidad. Combinado con lo tranquilo de la zona, es excelente para trabajo remoto. La privada es bastante estricta con las mascotas ( lo cual es bueno, se aseguran que las áreas verdes siempre estén limpias) , pero los alrededores puedes salir a pasear, y la playa más cercana (fibba) te permiten estar en paz con ellos. Muy felices y planeanando en regresar pronto.

Shari’s place was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured and had all the amenities needed for your stay. The garden is really lovely and very relaxing. There’s a small table on the patio for morning coffee. The beach is not far to walk where there are restaurants and shopping. There is also a la comer an uber ride away. The neighborhood was friendly as was Shari’s little dog Lola! A great place for a short or a long stay!

excelente departamento con todo lo necesario el transporte pasa a media cuadra haces 20 minutos al centro excelente en todos los aspectos

Muy bonito depa para descansar, es como estar en casa, lo recomiendo ampliamente, ya que cuenta con todas las amenidades indispensables para vivir, teniendo cerca establecimientos de alimentos y para surtir la despensa, además la playa está muy cerca, gracias

me encantó el departamento, la estadía muy agradable, tener un espacio de jardín fue muy relajante, los espacios limpios las camas muy acogedoras, el espacio de la alberca excelente limpia y climatizada, volvería sin dudarlo

we had a great time. The building is secure with a lock at the front door that's easy to enter by punching in a code. The rooftop pool is amazing. a great place to go and escape and look over all of Mexico. the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. there was a lot of construction going on but it didn't bother us. we mainly were walking around and exploring or we rented a car and took in some sites. The place was clean. the air conditioner worked great and we were very close to all the amenities. I would definitely rent again.

Excelente lugar, super limpio, la atención por parte de Gabriela y manuel excelente, todo bien explicado, nos esperaron en el alojamiento, super recomendable, solo algo retirado de la zona turística pero de ahí en fuera todo de 10

Victoria fue muy linda y servicial con nosotros. Nos resolvió rápido un problemita con el internet. Estuvimos muy agusto en general. Lo único que mejoraría el espacio es que tuviera aire acondicionado para la temporada de calor.

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.

No words can describe how great the device was . We will definitely be back and will stay with Mauricio again. Thank you for everything and all your staff. See you soon !

Excelente alojamiento, muy recomendable. El condominio tiene muy buenas amenidades. las piscinas tienen agua caliente. Acceso a la playa. estacionamiento muy amplio. el departamento muy cómodo con todos los servicios y en muy buen estado.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable, especially since we were traveling with a baby. They thoughtfully arranged several items just for our stay, which made things so much easier for us. The condo itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals, which we really appreciated. Overall, a perfect stay. Highly recommend!
