With its own private entrance, the studio has 3 comfortable single beds, an equipped kitchen, dining corner and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is tv and Wifi and a good wardrobe. A babybed can be supplied upon request.

Better than a swimming pool: the Étang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. You can swim there safely (low depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point extending over the pond, but remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor that is part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it faces west on the pond and its sunsets, and east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).
