Building has 24h doorman, valet parking, recently renovated pool, gym, and direct beach access. Sun loungers/umbrellas are available for guests. 1 king bed in master bedroom 1 queen bed with tempurpedic topper (pull-out couch) 1 portable crib 40" L x 28" W 10-15 mins from South Beach, Wynwood, Bal Harbour, Design District... but no need to go far as the building sits on the beach!

WORLD CUP 2026: 25 minute drive to stadium!!! One bedroom condo right on the beach. Huge balcony overlooking the beach from the 6th floor. Short drive from South Beach with easy public transportation. Amenities include: gym, outdoor pool, BBQ area and, of course, beach. The best part is this is NOT a hotel but you get hotel amenities. Live like a local in a space all your own. *building and area undergoing some cosmetic updates. please excuse any construction related appearance or noise.*
