Veľmi príjemný dvojdňový pobyt. Byt je situovaný v novučičkom komplexe. Na spodnom poschodí je k dispozíci obchod. Byt má vlastné parkovacie miesto a je vkusne a kvalitne zariadený. Hostiteľka bola ústretová, všetko vysvetlila a komunikovala takmer okamžite. 10/10, dozaista sa s radosťou vrátime aj nabudúce. Ďakujeme

Pobyt v tomto apartmáne som si veľmi užila. Byt bol po príchode uprataný, čistý, skrátka dokonale pripravený na nasťahovanie. Oceňujem skvelé vybavenie, vrátane výborného výberu kníh; nič mi nechýbalo. Určite to nebola moja posledná návšteva. :)

The apartment was a spacious, clean and comfortable space. Soňa's instructions were clear and it was easy self-check in I would absolutely recommend Soňa and her apartment if you are staying in Kosice.

We enjoyed our stay in Radko’s place. Close to the city center, it is located in a quiet private area. Very good place to stay at.

Bol som len na jednu noc, ale kľudne by som ostal dlhšie. Bolo tam všetko čo som potreboval, hostiteľ pre mňa dokonca nechal na privítanie fľašu vína. Cca 20 minút pešo do centra, reštaurácia a obchod ešte o dosť bližšie. Super posedenie na balkóne, resp. teraske.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a great visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Good location close to a bus stop, with a direct connection to the railway and bus station. Quiet area, groceries, bakery. Clean and cozy flat.

Перебували в цьому житлі два тижні з маленькими дітками,все чудово, близько до центру,спокійний район,поруч магазини. Ми дуже задоволені,з радістю повернемось знову!

Jakub is a caring and dedicated host. The place is nice, great location, and comes with a convenient parking spot. The flat is located right next to a grocery store (Fresh Plus) which is a nice bonus. Very fast internet, smart tv, and a comfy bed. We stayed for about 10 days and would stay again if we return to Kosice. Jakub is a fantastic host!

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania a zodpovedalo opisu a fotkám, bolo čisté, vkusne zariadené. Lokalita je výborná. Komunikácia s hostiteľom bezproblémová – na všetky otázky odpovedal rýchlo a ústretovo. Určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili a odporúčame toto ubytovanie každému, kto hľadá príjemné miesto v centre Košíc.

Me and my brother had a great stay in the apartment. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed, I was very impressed. Tina and Ludo were always very helpful and accommodating, giving us recommendations and helping whenever they could. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the old town which is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Jedno z najkrajších ubytovaní, v akých sme boli. Krásne zariadené ( Marina je jednoducho hviezda 🤗), čisté s veľkou terasou a blízko centra… Čo viac si priať? Ďakujeme pekne za všetko. ❤️

The place was super clean and well situated very near to where all the action is. It was so convenient to have a grocery store so close by. And it was very quiet.

Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the city center (St Nicholas cathedral). On-site parking was a huge plus. We enjoyed Netflix on the provided TV on this cold night

Great Stay with Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, situated conveniently between the railway station and the city center. (both 5-10 mins) The recent renovation is evident, as everything felt fresh and modern. Self-checkin was seamless, and the host was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for amazing staying. Apartment is much bigger then looks on pictures. Landlord was very nice and friendly wait me till midnight hand me keys and explain me everything. Also he give me bottle of champagne wich was very nice gesture. Definitely can recommend! And i see you in summer again 🤝
