Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.

Extremely clean, updated three bedroom and two bath home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the downtown buzz. Coffee nook, two wireless music speakers, 3 Roku TVs, premium Wifi, and many other amenities and supplies. The basement has a washer and dryer, cozy TV area, bar area, fridge, bathroom, games, cards, and office/game room. No parties or gatherings allowed. Rules are enforced. Laundry facilities are here for you to use during your stay. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.
