STR25-5908: THE ARTIST'S LOFT - This 1860's house gets rave reviews due to a beautiful interior and location, location, location! It's in the absolute center of downtown, only 5 blocks away from everything in all directions. It is modern, colorful, clean, bright, full of original art and convenient to EVERYTHING. It has a front porch and shared backyard as well as a garaged parking space. The Artist Loft is on the second floor so be aware that there are steep carpeted stairs to climb.

Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house.
