Apartment holiday rentals in Middle Franconia

Very nice apartment - with everything you need for a short vacation. Old town, lake and public transport - all in the immediate vicinity. Only the search for a parking space was a bit difficult - but maybe we were just unlucky🤷.

Particularly nice apartment. Very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Very good quality of the equipment and the furniture and actually everything. Plenty of space, quiet and conveniently located. Totally great.

Everything is available, everything is neat, very good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Plenty of towels and soaps. Big terrace. So just positive comments.

Wonderful accommodations within walking distance of Alstadt. Transportation and grocery store right outside the front door. Inge and Rolf were very responsive to all communication. Large and spacious living areas. All the conveniences we needed for our stay.

Perfect spot for our trips into Erlangen & Nuremberg, supermarket up the road is in easy walking distance, 254 bus stop just around the corner for Erlangen and the beer festival.

This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.

We spent a wonderful weekend as a trio in the apartment to explore Dinkelsbühl. The location is perfect – quiet and yet very close to the old town, everything is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and very clean – with a large bedroom, a cozy living room and a modern kitchen. Communication with Angela was excellent: fast, friendly and helpful. The apartment was easy to find, and we felt completely comfortable. I would book her again at any time and highly recommend her!

Very spacious apartment. . Washing machine was very handy and clothes drying rack big enough to hang a load of washing. Kitchen worked well to prepare our own dinner and breakfast. Bathroom was great - spacious and shower had good water pressure! We enjoyed the big dining table. Bedroom without window did not bother us. Instructions for check-in was very clear. We enjoyed our stay at Max’s apartment.

We were very satisfied with our short stay! I highly recommend this accommodation.

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

Spontaneously one day before the trip, I sent Michael a request for two next in his apartment. He responded quickly and was super friendly, giving the apartment to us at such short notice. A clear instruction on parking, directions and check-in made everything very easy and uncomplicated. The apartment is super nice, clean and lovingly decorated, you feel at home. The bed was super comfortable too! Would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you so much for the beautiful accommodation:)

The apartment was just as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for parking can take some time or end in a short walk:) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

The apartment is as described, even more spacious than in the pictures. Communication was impeccable. Everything you need is there in the apartment. Sandra and Peter are very accommodating. The location is quiet, just a few minutes' drive to the city center or supermarkets. We were there on the warmest days. It was extremely hot outside. In the attic apartment, it was logically very warm during the day. But there are two fans for that. If you wanted to ventilate towards the end of the evening, the insect screens are very helpful, so that you can open windows without hesitation, even if the lights were on. Thank you very much for that.

Beautiful accommodation from which we could easily reach all our activities ( Playmobil Funpark, Tierpark Nuremberg & DB Museum Nuremberg). We'd love to come back😊

We felt very comfortable with Katharina and her family. The apartment was sparkling clean, lovingly furnished and very modern and left nothing to be desired. Our children were allowed to use the family's garden, which made them very happy. Thank you for everything!

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very beautiful! The house sits on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle,coffee maker toaster etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was sparkling clean prepared for us. A beautiful farm and Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner on foot or by car. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and were always looking forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for the great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

We spent a lovely few days in Ruth Verb's apartment. The occasion was a visit to Playmobil Park, which is just around the corner. But there are also numerous other ways to have fun as a family: adventure pool in the rain, a beautiful forest playground just around the corner, zoo in Nuremberg ... A rainy day in the apartment can also be endured very well. It is all as indicated in the pictures- large, spacious, nicely decorated, Ruth responds quickly and kindly and even helped us as quickly as possible when we forgot our phone in the apartment on departure. We will be back!

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in this lovely area of Bavaria. The small farm holding and variety of animals together with the colourful artwork outside gave a very bohemian first impression. Kim was a very friendly and helpful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation gave us everything we needed for self catering.
