In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Die 115qm große Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und verbindet Komfort und Privatsphäre – ideal für Geschäftsreisende, Messebesucher oder Wochenendtrips. Die Messe Nürnberg ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es sind nur 6 Stationen ins Stadtzentrum. Die Unterkunft bietet Ruhe und gleichzeitig Platz zum Entspannen nach einem langen Arbeitstag oder Städtetrip.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.
