Holiday rentals with beach access in Middletown

Patty’s place is the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved how quiet it was and the beach down the road was perfect for our morning coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting Patty and she was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year for another relaxing, quiet weekend together.

Gretchen’s place was the perfect fit for us and we would certainly stay here again. Close to everything and clean and cozy. Great attention to detail, like a Berkey water filter, nice linens, unique art, and quality cookware; which made the place feel like a home away from home.

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. Liked Best: Very quiet, clean, lots of space, feather bed resulted in good deep sleep. Next time: I will know where the AC remote is without having to bother Jay. blessings and thanks, Doug / Dallas

Michael’s Airbnb was amazing. He thought of everything we could possibly need and more. Wonderful wine/snack basket. Plenty of towels & blankets. Fully stocked kitchen.

We were in town for the Newport Marathon and the apartment was perfect - perfect location, perfect size. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was basically brand new and had all the necessary amenities along with a Keurig. The bathroom was also basically new. The bedroom had a lovely skylight (also in the living room). The apartment is in walking distance from both the busy downtown and the Cliff Walk. There is a supermarket right around the corner along with a cute cafe. Joseph was super responsive, pleasant and accommodating. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

We had a great stay! the location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of restaraunts and the beach. We had a quick weekend stay but it had everything we needed. neighbors were nice. house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at this rental for the week of our honey moon. The second we pulled into the drive way the house exceeded any expectations we had. The house was super clean, comfortable, left stocked with things for the beach, pack and play, everything you could ever need- they thought of it. The host was super responsive and helpful with everything. We can’t wait until next summer to rent again! But this time for sure longer! Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Bryant’s house was perfect for our party of 5 for a weekend getaway to Newport. We were 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to see and do. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in for a lobster meal one night. Bryant was responsive to our questions and even allowed an earlier check in. The house was easy to find and had a great layout for all of us.

The place was a wonderful getaway for a 60th birthday gathering for college friends. It was clean and exactly what was described. The aroma from the below restaurant was only detected in the hallway, so don't let the restaurant below deter you. A few outlets were not working, but there were plenty to use elsewhere. The toaster wasn't working, but we worked around it. I alerted the host and they asked if we wanted a replacement right away, but we used the oven for the toasting....no biggie. The parking was tight, but we had one minivan and we parked it sideways against the building. It may be tougher to navaigate if there were two cars. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. My friends were definitely skeptical of it being above the restaurant, but praised me for finding it and renting it.

We had a fantastic stay at the property, we will be back next year. Thanks to Justin & Julie for making our stay so enjoyable.

Our final destination before returning to the UK, Kate’s place didn’t disappoint. A beautiful, peaceful spot in the woods to relax the evenings away. The house was spotless, comfortable, homely and had everything you could possibly need. Kate was extremely helpful for any queries and we left wishing we owned the place. Thank you!

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

Patti’s place is perfect for a family who wants to be close to the beach! The apartment also has lovely porch that overlooks a water outlet. Very clean and just as described. The kitchen is decently stocked with dish ware, cookware, utensils, coffee machine, toaster oven, etc. If you plan to cook large meals, recommend bringing some larger pots/pans/Tupperware. We had an issue with the fire alarm which was handled within 5 minutes by the host’s brother who lives next door - so impressive how fast they got it fixed! Partner and I both worked from the apartment for one day and didn’t have any issues with the wifi. Great spot!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Perfect home to accommodate our family of 4 on a mini beach getaway. Would absolutely stay again!
