Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! This is an elegant, brand new open plan studio of 32 m² (STUDIO 1) located just in front of the beach at the small picturesque Greek village Vivari! The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
