It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Villa Paula ist eine großräumige Villa ca. 2km über dem Meer bei Opatija in Pobri. Beheizter Pool von April - Oktober. 4 Zimmer, 3 Bäder, großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich - alles klimatisiert. Meerblick ab dem 1. OG. 2 Parkplätze. In den Monaten von 1.November - 31.Mai sind Außen-Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft möglich. Wir haben das bei der Preisgestaltung berücksichtigt. Straßen- und Brückenbauarbeiten sind ganzjährig von offizieller Seite aus möglich und generell im Innenbereich.
