The beautiful contrast of the dappled sunlight, the white of the birch trees, and the green of the forest gently relaxes the mind. We designed it as an inn to get away from the bustle of the city and just soak up the "tranquility". The bathroom features "WABURO," a harmonious blend of cypress fragrance and beautiful tiles. Enjoy a luxurious bath time, surrendering yourself to the free-flowing waters from the source spring. The interior has a Japanese modern interior that feels the warmth of natural materials. A spacious room that can accommodate up to 13 people, perfect for family trips, group vacations, and anniversaries. Enjoy coffee time or a BBQ while gazing at the white birch trees from the terrace, and spend quiet evenings in the forest under a sky full of stars. The forest scenery changes its expression with each season, and the cleanliness is unique to a new building. It is a calm space with a traditional Japanese house motif. The living room features a large horikotatsu-style sunken hearth where you can enjoy meals and drinks. There is also a counter bar with 4 seats. Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, Shiga Kogen, Madarao Kogen Ski Resort, and Togari Onsen Ski Resort are nearby, making it an ideal base for winter sports. During the green season, there are eight golf courses that can be reached in about 30 minutes, including the Madarao Country Club, which is a 5-minute drive away, and there are also many day-use hot spring facilities. The owner lives on the right side after going up the front entrance and can be contacted at any time. He speaks English at a level that allows for everyday conversation. During the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and you can also enjoy a barbecue in the gazebo in the garden. The garden is also large, so you can enjoy a short walk. Iiyama's specialty product is its famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July. There is also a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious soba noodles.
