House holiday rentals in Mil Palmeras

Hemos pasado un finde increíble... la zona de exterior es muy cómoda y bonita (al final es lo que más usas en verano) faltaría cubrir un poco la valla para no ver el descampado. La zonas de las habitaciones no nos ha gustado, están muy viejas y antiguas para el precio de la casa.

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Het ontvangst was super gemoedelijk. Duidelijke uitleg over de omgeving. Zelfs aankomst en vertrek tijd waren bespreekbaar. De locatie lag centraal met alles in de nabije buurt aanwezig. Van supermarkt, zwembad, zee, winkels en restaurants. Er stond zelfs een fles wijn klaar bij aankomst. Zeker een aanrader.

Beautiful villa with amazing amenities, looks just like the photos. Close to shops which is great 😃 Hosts very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended would stay again 😃

El departamento es un sueño, tal cual las fotos. La cocina esta muy equipada para los que nos gusta cocinar. El parking es comodisimo, no es techado, pero entra un SUV sin problemas. La velocidad del Wifi oscila entre 200 y 400 Mbps, ideal para los que trabajan de manera remota. Los atardeceres, como bien lo dice en la descripciones: los mejores de España.

Caroline’s place gave us more than we expected, everything about our holiday was fantastic, the house was perfect in every way possible, the two pools, the streams running through the gardens where so relaxing and very well presented. The views from the solarium were fantastic, also everything you could need to relax in the sun are provided to a very high standard. You are a 2 minute walk to a small bar,5 minutes walk to the large supermarket that provided everything that we needed.10 minutes walk to a lot of bars & different restaurants in La Fuente. We stayed for ten days at Caroline’s and that was the only down side of our holiday, we could have stayed way longer. We cannot recommend Caroline’s place highly enough & we will certainly be booking again without hesitation. 10 out of 10

We had an amazing trip as a family of 5. The location was perfect, we rented a car to get around and used the car parking space. The community was safe and secure. The pool was beautiful. The Villa was clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home with access to all apps via the tv and a great kitchen / dining area set-up. Restaurants, supermarket and beach were within easy reach. Check-in and out process was easy and smooth with host meeting us on arrival to show us around. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Logement spacieux, fidèle à la description et décoré avec soin. Proche de l’autoroute pour ceux qui souhaitent se rendre à Alicante. Il est complet en terme d’équipements, matériels cuisine etc. Nous sommes restés que 4 nuits mais je pense que pour un séjour prolongé c’est bien adapté. Literie confortable, idem canapé. Dressing idéal et ce qu’il faut aussi dans les salles de bain. Gianluca et Vanessa sont réactifs aux messages.

This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

He ido con mi familia, mi madre estaba mas que encantada diciendo que quiere repetir. Nos lo dejo todo para entrar muy facil. El precio genial para pasar un finde semana en la playa con 4 personas que esta a 10 min andando. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento y muy amable el dueño

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Highly recommend this apartment/bungalow. It was extremely clean and clutter free. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on arrival and departure. Convenient parking and easily accessible. This property felt comfortable and safe. On arrival we were pleasantly greeted and had a quick tour. We were impressed with the pool and outdoor space. 700 m pleasant walk to the beach. Supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. Lovely restaurants a short walk away. Taxis arrived within 5 minutes. Short distance to golf courses and shopping boulevard. Options for a relaxing or sporting holiday (Padel ball 200m walk amenities). We would definitely love to visit this location again. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war super . Sauber , gut ausgestattet im Haus war alles ich glaube es gabs nichts was nicht da war . Alles im top Zustand! Die Pool Anlage war sehr schön weicher rasen und sehr viel an Schatten Plätzen. Für der Fall der Fälle war täglich ein Bademeister vor Ort . Im ganzen sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder . We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Kaunis talo hyvin rauhallisella alueella. Uima-allas oli puhdas ja sitä käytiin siivomassa viikon aikana. Uima-altaalla oli ulkosuihku ja se oli mukavaa. Erinomaiselle Cala Capitan -rannalle oli noin 1 km kävelymatka. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Keittiössä oli kakki tarvittava, mutta paistinpannut olivat hyvin kuluneita. Alakerran suurimman makuuhuoneen ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut, mutta kun sen korjaaminen ei onnistunut saimme alennusta vuokrahinnasta. Talo oli ilmeisesti ollut tyhjillään ennen meitä, joten siellä oli kostea haju saapuessamme. Se hävisi nopeasti kun käynnistimme ilmastoinnin. Talo oli hyvin siisti lukuunottamatta astianpesukonetta ja pyykinpesukonetta. Saimme nämä helposti puhdistettua. Kokonaisuutena suosittelemme lämpimästi taloa!

La recepción fue muy buena, Elvira estaba esperándonos en la zona de aparcamiento para llevarnos hasta el alojamiento. La casa tiene una cocina muy bien equipada y Elvira había preparado un bizcocho riquísimo y cápsulas de café y otras cosas para el desayuno. También nos dejó una botella de vino y bebidas en la nevera. Todo un detalle!Las camas impecables y muy cómodas. Es una zona tranquila y silenciosa. Elvira fue muy amable y siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Muy contentos con nuestra estancia!

Super lækker lejlighed med virkelig god beliggenhed. 5 min gang til stranden, 5 min gang til restaurantgade, 7 min gang til supermarked. Lækkert med 2 badeværelser og 3 soveværelser. Køkken med alt man har brug for. Den store og lækre tagterrasse med både spisebord, sofagruppe og udekøkken er virkelig lejlighedens største aktiv. Vi oplevede super god kommunikation med Sharon. Super god oplevelse. Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage.

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again
