Quasi tutto l'arredamento è stato realizzato e ristrutturato da me perchè nulla vada sprecato ma debba avere una seconda possibilità di vita! Poichè spesso si verificano disservizi nell'erogazione di acqua potabile, la casa è stata fornita di serbatoio di acqua!

A disposizione due biciclette per raggiungere la spiaggia, distante poco più di 500 metri, passeggiare sul lungomare o fare compere nel centro cittadino. Parcheggio privato semi coperto.
