We were looking somewhere particularly animal friendly where we could have our pup off leash with plenty of space to roam but also not crowded. This getaway was perfectly suited to our needs. Seeing the deer and even a fox roaming the property was a peaceful experience. The cottage was cozy with many personal touches and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We could easily get to everywhere we wanted to go. We have no complaints and would highly recommend this getaway. This area is just far enough away from the crowds of Acadia and Bar Harbor but easy access, safe and pleasant. It is also absolutely beautiful.

This Oceanside home is a special retreat! Easy to find and very private! With a large yard and fire pit, steps to the water, and walking trails this home has everything you want if you like to explore unspoiled coastal areas. The space is humble, clean, open and airy. The comfortable beds and two full bathrooms make for an easy stay. If you are a foodee you may want to bring your own special kitchen tools or check with Mai to see if she has what you need. All in all very special place I would definitely go back to. Some local restaurants are fabulous but seasonal.

We had a great stay at this cabin. Suzzane was very responsive and helped us check-into the cabin even though we reached a little late. The cabin was extremely pretty and well maintained and had a well equipped kitchen. The surroundings were beautiful with a quick walk to the waters. We also enjoyed the fireplace. Suzzane and Tom were helpful and sweet. Had a great stay overall.

This Airbnb was perfect for our 2 adult 2 children family. If you are looking for a quaint farmhouse with plenty of space and conveniently located to other down east locations, the property hosted by Paul and Grace should be your first choice. The property has more room than you think and appear in photos, this is a larger 3 br 1 bath farmhouse with the main bedroom on floor 1 and 2 bedrooms on floor 2. The accommodations were clean, plentiful, and easily accessible. Small touches such as coffee makers, board games, Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom make your stay even more convenient. Very clean, too! We plan to recommend this property to all of our family and friends who will visit the area moving forward. 5 of 5 stars on this one! Would not change a thing.

Stephen was very cordial and proactive with contact. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. Stephen did many little extra things to make our stay comfortable. He put the light on, we arrived early evening and he put on the heat for us to take the chill off, as late September is past the typical travel season. He left nice home baked pastries for our morning. It was nice to have a welcoming host and he respected our privacy. My husband and I would recommend.

What can I say about Salt Air, other than SPECTACULAR! This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The house is pristine and spotless and the location is beyond beautiful. Mark is an amazing host, he goes above and beyond in communication and in providing such a lovely home to stay in. We were looking for peace and tranquility and we found it in spades here. I could go on for days about how perfect this place is, but instead of listening to me, you should just book your trip to come here! You certainly won’t regret a single moment! Thank you Mark!
