Holiday rentals with beach access in Milford

Absolutely perfect place for the city if you need an overnight place. The location on fort street made this apartment a dream to get into the city and back from a night out! Very quiet residence and the room itself spectacular. I am surprised city apartments come in that size! The room was very cozy laid out beautifully with all the ammenities easily accessible. The lounge space was perfect for my friends and I to play our board games all night without cramming all in one space! The clear details and instructions made it easy to get settled and to pack up the next day. Hiral was very responsive and even made sure we didn’t have any other needs when we checked in. Thank you for having us stay was a lovely flat with a lovely host!

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and spacious and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and town area! It was pretty private despite being so close to a lot of restaurants and nice coffee places. Although it was a bit difficult to find the keys and get access to the car park at first, Simon gave ample instructions to check into the apartment. Will stay here again when I come back to Auckland!

Loved staying at Josh’s apartment, it is a fantastic location that would be very hard to beat. We walked down Ponsonby Road, down to the city, to Grey Lynn and to the yacht squadron. There are great restaurants in every direction. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun go down. If I lived in Auckland, this is where I would like to live.

We really enjoy our stay at this lovely apartment. Great size for family of 4 (2 adults+2 kids). The seaview from the apartment is awesome. Rozelle is very friendly to communicate and she gets everything well prepared. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

We truly love Cannelle’s place — we initially thought it was just another apartment, but upon checking in, you can’t help but notice how the space and amenities were thoughtfully set up and prepared. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, super spacious for 2 and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable that we had a really restful sleep. And the living room space was perfect for lounging and chilling! The listing is conveniently located — a short drive from CBD and it is super private as well. There’s really nothing to complain about and is easily one of our favorite listings. Cannelle was also welcoming and a friendly communicator. Would recommend that if you are driving, do consider parking briefly at an adjacent street to first do the check in so that you can get the parking remote to enter the private carpark. Really love this listing and definitely will return when we visit Auckland again!

I had a great stay at Shane's place. Check in was super easy and it was perfect for my dog with the garden. Really private and warm, and parking was a breeze.

Awesome place, not often you find a home with a backyard like this one. My son loved running around, and had a great time in the spa. I appreciated the covered outdoor area, well suited for dining. The large living area was great for wheb my brother and his kids came by for dinner. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. It is well equipped and so homely. It’s in a great location and the off street parking is so convenient. Lisa was a great host who was super responsive and friendly :) We would love to stay again and would whole heartedly recommend!

Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. Paul and Hong came by and gave us excellent suggestions on where to visit as well. They were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing trip!! Cheers, Christine and James

This was a last minute trip, but we could not have been a better place - the house, location, and everything was lovely 😊😊 we miss it already! A massive bonus is the kids play room - our baby loved it!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at , honestly felt like I was at home but on a vacation at the same time HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants a little getaway. I would also like to give a massive shoutout to Hope for being such a great host she’s so beautiful, friendly and respectful so thanks again🫶🏼❤️

This house was perfect for the five of us including a one year old. Spacious, multi level so if needed we could all have our own space, supplied with absolutely every pot and pan we needed, and, above all, perfectly situated near the Milford Marina and a short walk—5 minutes max.—from Milford Beach in one direction and the Milford shops in the other. We stayed for nearly a month and did not want to leave. We will stay there again without question.

Had a fabulous four days staying at Morris' house while we explored the Long Bay area. Morris was a fabulous host, explained everything clearly when he met us, and allowed us an early check in, which after 30 hours of travelling was very much appreciated! The house was perfect, everything as described and a great location: walkable beach and brilliant restaurants in Long Bay Village. Food from the Malaysian, Chinese, Surf Club and the cafes were all exceptional. Lovely area and a great house to stay in. Thanks so much Morris for a lovely stay!

Absolutely awesome place which was comfortable with plenty of space & everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the recreation room & nice sunny back yard to relax in with lovely bird life. Fabulously close walking distance to beach where we enjoyed a nice stroll. Highly recommended

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Irene’s. It was great to be so close to the beach and there were lots of shops and cafes within walking distance. It’s a scenic 20 minute drive to Snow Planet is that is part of your holiday plans. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Irene was so friendly, helpful and caring. We would definitely stay again.

The place was amazing just as advertised. Beautiful quiet setting, comfortable bed, pristine house with everything you need. Pia’s place is incredible! Had a wonderful 10 days there. We really enjoyed the location on the beach, all the amenities in the hime and the beautiful sunrise views from the wall of windows. One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Pia was amazing to work with - very responsive and attentive. Could not have asked for a better stay in New Zealand!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!
